SWEET GIRL | REVIEW AND OPINIO [ENG-ESP]

Selecting films according to the particular taste is a habit of each viewer; however, we can get out of this system when recommending a film; the detail is to recognize if you are willing to watch a genre that is not your style and take the risk. This was, what happened to me with SWEET GIRL or SWEET GIRL that although I inferred possible scenes that style this cinematography, it managed to surprise me. In my opinion, as a spectator and non-professional in the area, it is not an excellent film but it entertains.

Seleccionar películas según el gusto particular es un hábito de cada espectador; sin embargo, podemos salir de este sistema cuando recomienda un film; el detalle es reconocer si estás dispuesto a observar un género que no es tu estilo y asumir el riesgo. Esto fue, lo que me sucedió con SWEET GIRL o CHICA DULCE que aunque inferí posibles escenas que estilan esta cinematografía, logró sorprendeme. En mi opinión, como espectadora y no profesional en el área no es una excelente película pero entretiene.

The movie SWEET GIRL, was released in August of this year by Netflix, an action genre film based on a family plot. Directed by Brian Andrew Mendoza, director also responsible for the film The Woodsman, in which I predicted the development of the film. In this action reel, there was an element of surprise; in context, it is a story about a man who loses a wife to cancer, involving a pharmaceutical company that gambled with the lives of the sick, promoting a thirst for revenge to heal the wounds of a father and family. However, the protagonist is not alone, he has a daughter to watch over and orchestrates a plan to make amends to the family. Actually the development of the strip makes you exclaim the effects that are appreciated in the sequences, but there is a reason not only to catch the viewer, but gives a surprising twist that few expect, although there are parts that allow you to anticipate and relate facts with other old films that were famous. Sweet Girls is a film with a quick ending that makes you feel or justify the behavior of the actor for the physical and sentimental loss of his wife.

La película SWEET GIRL, fue estrenada en agosto de este año por Netflix, una cinta de género acción basada en una trama familiar. Dirigida por Brian Andrew Mendoza, director responsable de la película El Leñador, en el cual predije el desarrollo de la película. En este rollo de acción, hubo un elemento sorpresa; en contexto es una historia sobre un hombre que pierde a una esposa por cáncer, está involucrada una compañía farmacéutica que jugó con la vida de los enfermos, promoviendo una sed de venganza para sanar heridas de un padre de familia. No obstante, el protagonista no está solo tiene una hija por quien velar y orquesta un plan para compensar el desagravio a la familia. Realmente el desarrollo de la tira te pone a exclamar los efectos que se aprecian en las secuencias, pero existe una razón no solo para atrapar al espectador, sino regala un giro sorprendente que pocos lo esperan, aunque hay partes que te permiten anticipar y relacionar hechos con otras películas de vieja data que fueron famosas. Sweet Girls es una película de desenlace rápido y que te pone a sentir o justificar el comportamiento del actor por la pérdida física y sentimental de su esposa.

The film is filled with actors who meet the expectations. Jason Momoa (Ray) main protagonist, plays a man blind to achieve his goal of hurting those who caused him pain, his performance walks through the sweet father who ends up dragging his daughter with him in the violence of which is questioned, but there is a "reason" that justifies his performance. All in all a man's role externalizing a reaction in this type of film and it wasn't bad. On the other hand, Isabela Merced (Rachel) embodies a kind, loving and concerned about her family, then join the risky adventure with her father, makes it clear that she is scared, but supports her dad and decides to accompany him for fear of being alone, in short, both are satisfied with their role.

La cinta está contenida de actores que cubren las espectativas. Jason Momoa (Ray) protagonista principal, interpreta un hombre ciego por conseguir su objetivo de hacer daños a quienes le ocasionaron dolor, su actuación se pasea por el padre dulce que termina arrastrando a su hija con él en la violencia del cual cuestionas, pero hay una "razón" que justifica su actuación. En definitiva, un rol de hombre que exterioriza una reacción en este tipo de película y no estuvo mal. Por otra parte, Isabela Merced (Rachel) encarna una chica amable, cariñosa y preocupada por su familia, para luego sumarse a la aventura riesgosa con su padre, deja claro que está asustada, pero apoya a su papá y decide acompañarlo por temor a estar sola, en fin ambos, satisfacen con su papel.

The special effects for the film are fine, the action prevails during the purpose of revenge, that is, murderous villains, police who intervene and a man with his daughter who can with everything, are shots of fights and love. The scenes between flame colors, city, lights and darkness where the chase is the center of the theme. The music was great for each moment of inflection and action, a slow rhythm for emotional moments and others of major reaction, giving strength to the event that was developing.

Los efectos especiales para el film están bien, la acción prevalece durante el propósito de venganza, es decir, villanos asesinos, policía que interviene y un hombre con su hija que puede con todo, son tomas de luchas y amor. Escenas entre colores de llama, ciudad, luces y oscuridad donde la persecución es el centro del tema. La música estuvo genial para cada momento de inflexión y de acción, un ritmo lento para momentos emotivos y otros de reacción mayor, dándole fuerza al hecho que se desarrollaba.

I invite you to enjoy SWEET GIRL, a film that made an effort to keep the viewer attentive on the screen to answer questions about dialogues and scenes that seem forced. Let yourself be carried away by the plot and do not question until you love the twist regardless of the evolution of the story; so, navigate moments of struggle, excitement and amazement, independent of predicting the action genre in relation to the plot.

Les invito a disfrutar SWEET GIRL, una película que se esforzó por mantener atento al espectador en la pantalla para dar respuesta a interrogantes sobre diálogos y escenas que parecen forzados. Déjense llevar por la trama y no cuestionen hasta vivir el giro sin importar la evolución de la historia; así que, navegan momentos de lucha, emoción y asombro, independiente de pronosticar el género de acción en relación a la trama.
