Ingredients:
2 eggs
125 grams of chocolate bar or 30 grams of cocoa powder
120 grams sugar
30 grs Mirasol Margarine

preparation:

  • In 2 pots, one larger and the other smaller, do the bain-marie to melt the chocolate together with the Mirasol Margarine, once everything is integrated, we reserve everything.

  • Then separate the yolks from the whites, beat the yolks with the sugar until it changes color.

  • Add the chocolate to the yolks. In addition, beat the whites to snow, once it reaches that point, add them in parts and with enveloping movements to the preparation.
