Greetings Foodies Bee Hive!

One of the most abundant products of the province of Nueva Ecija is freshwater fish because ponds, lakes, and rivers are everywhere in the province.

With that said one of the most delicious freshwater fish that you can find in the province is Tawis. It is commonly found in a dam called Pantabangan Dam in the province of Nueva Ecija.

One of the traits of the Tawis' meat will make the soup white which makes you drool when you see it.

With that said, I am going to cook Sinigang na Tawis for today
