Parler is a threat to democracy!

Or at least that is what CNN and their chief eunuch Brian Stelter had to say about the emergence of an app that is slowly becoming a competitor (albeit a minor one) to Twitter or Facebook or Instagram or whatever.

It really comes as no surprise when this fat biased clown decides to deride anything and everything that can be considered even remotely conservative and he is always very quick to attribute the mass exodus of twitter users as being primarily Trump supporters although he has no way of knowing if that is the case at all. But then again, just like anything else this lump talks about, having actual evidence of something seems to be of minor importance... which is ironic considering his show is called Reliable Sources.

While I don't think you actually need to keep your wits about you to realize that of course most of the people moving over the Parler would generally be conservative, to suggest they are doing so just so they can hear more good news about Trump is very speculative because Stelter and everyone else that chooses to have an opinion about this don't really know the motives. Maybe they could do a survey because we all know how wonderfully accurate CNN surveys are!

I think that for many of the people choosing Parler, their motivations might be a bit tired of biased censorship, shadow-banning, content removal, and suspensions / elimination of content providers. That which is "allowed" on the major apps / sites is determined by a centralized group of people that seem to have an agenda of their own and they do not apply the "terms of service" equally across the board.

No matter what side of the political fence you sit on, unless you are willfully ignorant you can definitely see that information of a particular political persuasion has a much higher chance of being censored or removed from the market dominators that are FB, Twitter, IG, and YouTube.

Stelter thankfully didn't talk about this for very long but when he did do so, he of course talks about it with someone that is definitely going to agree with him. In this particular rant segment he brought on Pamela Brown, who by lineage I guess is supposed to be some sort of political expert (she is the daughter of a Democrat Governor - I'm sure no indoctrination happened there.)

It doesn't really matter what I personally use because I abhor almost all social media but if people want to use Parler then they can use Parler. I think that more and more people are tired of having half of every political story deleted or fact-checked while the other half just kind of gets to do whatever they want.

Plus, if this is a true concern, there is absolutely nothing preventing liberal or Democrat organizations, even fat eunuch looking ones, from joining Parler.

Stelter, who somehow manages to look awful and clownish in literally every picture that is ever taken of him rounds out the unintentional humor of this clip by repeatedly pronouncing the name of the app incorrectly, showing once again that his stories are completely devoid of any sort of research whatsoever. He calls it Par-lerr, when the name of the company is pronounced "Par-lay" because the origin of the word is French... but the Dictionary is probably just another one of those sources that Brian doesn't use because it isn't "reliable."

Virtually everything on CNN is dumb but I think that Stelter is probably the king of them all. How this clown has a job and presumable a hefty salary says a lot about the intelligence level of the average person.
