Moni Charlie found herself in a place in her life where there was stress mounting up, with problems at work, opportunities at work, problems with her friends’ health, in addition to all the regular stressors that people have.
Instead of taking time to step back and relax to let all the stress out, like many people she decided that she could handle it best by charging forward. That eventually led to emotional burnout, with Moni getting more out of touch with her emotions, and they finally appeared in her dreams to get her attention.
