PsyberX is an up and coming Cyberpunk themed Play-to-Earn game developed by Royal Reptile Studios, the game will be divided into 2 different phases.
In Phase 1 of the game, players will participate in a 50 vs 50 or a free for all battle royale game where the main objective is to gather weapons/armors and eliminate the opposing force. You will have one life in this combat arena and you will need to pay with LVL token to get back in the arena (more on this later.)
Not too much has been said about Phase 2 but they plan to incorporate some sort of housing/lands mechanic and turning it into an open-world MMO game where you will be able to interact with other players in real time.
So to give a quick overview of their roadmaps, they plan to fund the project through the sales of their LVL token where you can purchase on the Hive-Engine marketplace. After they have achieved the funding of $100,000 they will begin onboarding players for phase 1 within 6-8 months.
After the completion of Phase 1, they will start developing the Phase 2 part of the game where they estimate will take about a year and will need additional funding of $500,000 - 1 Million Dollars to complete.
Tokenomics/LVL Token
There will only be 500,000,000 Tokens created and they plan on distributing 50% of the tokens to the community, 20% of the tokens will be secured on the game platform as a reserve for players to give and take from.
LVL token will serve as a governance/utility token for all their games including Phase 1 and 2 of PsyberX as well as other future expansions of the game where they hinted at creating different genres of the game utilizing the LVL token.
In conclusion, I am very excited about this game as I think it has the potential to become the next best/biggest Hive-Based Play to Earn game next to Splinterlands (A project that I was invested in since Alpha) and this is a project I plan on keeping a very close eye on as we progress throughout the token presale and leading up to the Phase 1 of the game.
If you're in the market for trying to find the next big Play to Earn game, I believe has a huge potential, I mean it's hard not to get excited about it when you watch their game trailer.
