Recently we had a pleasure to visit this authentic place, just 30km south from Vilnius, Lithuania.
Location: RĹ«dninkai Sand Dunes
To reach this place isn’t so easy but with navigation help wasn’t complicated.
It’s located near old soviet military base. This is how these dunes been created more than 30 years ago by dropping aviation bombs for training purposes.
Nowadays it’s nice and quite. You can enjoy by long walk through dunes, yellow sand and just no blue sea in the horizon.
