scrape their plates
before they get a chance
to retire and sit

compress
the micro

fill them with lack

luxury spending
is only for those
who already
have too much

but never enough

keep the minutes small
feed on their masses

the combined gravity well

tik-tok-tik-tok

set a few free
to burn up
on ether

the tales are fascinating

it'll take
almost forever
for the strings
to burst to plasma

for the twirl
to become fatal
irreversible
entwined and tangled

just make sure
the edges of the disc
your plat du jour is full
until then

there will be no light left
in the cosmos
to see it crumble and spaghettify

inhabiting
the outer rim
is thrilling

you'll be the last
to go down the drain

Dancing upon on a precipice
Produces great awe
From those who are impressed by fear

Crowds gather around one seeming fearless
Lifeless riches thrown at his feet

But little can grow on a narrow patch
Little of the Tao is realized at her edges

Follow one who understands her wide nature
Who sows her seeds wide and for all
