Cabin Fever
To wrap up 2018 I spent 4 days with my family at my in-laws cabin in the mountains.
It required a 1 hour drive in their side by side (with snow trax), with some of that ride in lots of fresh powder.
We lived without internet (gasp!) and limited electricity and plumbing (we lived by the motto if it's yellow, let it mellow; if it's brown flush it down...with a large bucket of water).
We weren't without plenty of food and at times plenty of warmth. (My father in law was a bit stingy with the wood burning).
We spent days tubing and riding in the side by side and nights playing Uno! and watching movies (yay for the generator!)
I also spent some time hiking around during sunrise and sunset to get some photos of the winter wonderland.
