Taba is located in Africa in the Middle East, a small Egyptian town located at the top of the Gulf of Aqaba in the South Sinai Governorate between a series of mountain ranges from the east, with a total area of about 508.8 acres and a population of about 3000 people.
The city is of great historical and strategic value due to its distinguished location. It is 240 kilometers north of Sharm el-Sheikh and 7 km from Eilat. The city of Taba is bordered by four countries: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Palestine, The city is between modernity, elegance and originality. تقع مدينة طابا في قارة إفريقيا في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وهي بلدة مصرية صغيرة ، تقع على رأس خليج العقبة في محافظة جنوب سيناء بين مجموعة سلاسل جبلية من الجهة الشرقية، تبلغ مساحتها الكلية حوالي 508.8 فدان تقريباً، ويبلغ عدد سكانها حوالي 3000 نسمة.
تعتبر المدينة ذات قيمة تاريخية واستراتيجية كبيرة بسبب موقعها المتميز، إذ تبعد عن مدينة شرم الشيخ 240 كم باتجاه الشمال، وتبعد عن ميناء إيلات باتجاه الشرق حوالي 7 كم، كما وتشرف مدينة طابا على حدود أربع دول هي مصر، والسعودية، والأردن، وفلسطين، وتجمع المدينة بين الحداثة والعراقة والأصالة، وتتميز فنادقها ببناءٍ هندسي معماري رائع، وتحتوي المدينة أيضاً على آثار تاريخية تعود لخمسة آلاف عام.
