A slavery? Didn’t we left that in 19th Century? Well, the centralized hierachical capitalist matrix sure wants you to think so. Are you ready for the truth?

Slavery — Definition: the treatment of human beings as property, deprived of personal rights. It was a common way of providing work force in the earliest stage of empire creation. In those days, slaves were mostly the result of military conquests. It became a big “business“, in the late 15th century and risen through the ascent of Atlantic capitalism until 19th century. In that period 12.5 million slaves were sent to New World, 10.7 million survived the passage. Here is how the Atlantic slave trade looked like, in a short recapitulation made by Anthony Hazard:

But today, slavery ia abolished, right?

WRONG!

Slavery may be outlawed, but it is not abolished by any means. By the data of the independent experts with over 50 years experience in the anti-slavery and counter trafficking sector, “Global Slavery Index”, in the 2018, 24.9 million people believed to be in forced labour worldwide. There are still people who are born in slavery. Every continent has it. Africa “leads” with 9.24 million people enslaved… Today… 21st Century…

If that number looks scandalously high, have in mind that is only an assessment (true numbers are usualy larger) of the “classic” form of slavery. You probably didn’t know these data because the centralized hierachical capitalist matrix media do not want you to know it. Not only that — the centralized hierarchical capitalist matrix has its ways to disguise slavery under the “legal system”. Here is how that looks like: Thirteenth Amendment (Amendment XIII) to the United States Constitution abolished slavery and involuntary servitude, except as punishment for a crime. So, this form of legal slavery is only allowed when used as punishment for committing a crime. And now, let’s see the result in modern U.S.A:

Currently, by the data of the non-profit, non-partisan Prison Policy Initiative, United States are absolute World leader in the number of incarcerated people. With a 5% of World population, USA is holding one quarter of World’s prison population. There are 698 prisoners per 100,000 residents, which makes in numbers like this:

The American criminal justice system holds almost 2.3 million people in 1,719 state prisons, 109 federal prisons, 1,772 juvenile correctional facilities, 3,163 local jails, and 80 Indian Country jails as well as in military prisons, immigration detention facilities, civil commitment centers, state psychiatric hospitals, and prisons in the U.S. territories.

Out of those number, only 6% are “employed” with 86 cents and $3.45 per day for the most common prison jobs. In at least five states, those jobs pay nothing at all… But if we know that 76% of all people held in jail are not convicted of any crime…

…and the fact that U.S. has a staggering number of 10.6 million people admitted to jails every year…

…repeat, EVERY YEAR, then you have a picture of a free labor force much larger then it was during the three and a half centuries — era of slavery — in all euroatlantic empires!
