Swedish Deputy Chief Prosecutor Eva-Marie Persson, at the press conference today, announced that Swedish prosecutors will not pursue rape investigation of WikiLeaks co-founder Julian Assange any further, because the “credible” evidence was not strong enough to support the indictment. Good news? Well, maybe not…

As soon as the news got in, there were commentators who brought the point that by dropping charges, Sweden may actually be paving the way for Assange's extradition to the United States:

In truth, there were no charges to drop. It was the investigation that is dropped, and Assange was never officially charged by the Sweden State. So, there won’t be a Swedish “competition” for the extradition of Assange. Which means that U.S. is left as the only pretendent to Julian Assange’s life with their false charges.

In fact, we are witnessing to the disclosure of the travesty that Imperial “Justice system” has become. Now you can falsely accuse a man, ask his extradition on false accusations, and if he try to escape false accusations, you can hold and torture him in a facility designated for terrorists. Furthermore, if he is a journalist with a truthful reporting on Imperial war crimes, then he can be extradited to a country very interested in his death! Just listen to the former British diplomat Craig Murray:

Let’s not fool ourselves: The criminal Empire will not let Assange from its claws. The only way is to pluck Assange from it by force of a great popular dissatisfaction.

Can British people do it?
