You see... It can get pretty easy to forget that there is a whole world out there outside of Hive... I mean we all had to come from someplace though right!?

But that's the thing...

Hive is quickly becoming an epicenter from some pretty amazing stuff and if you wanted to... you could easily spend all your online time right here on Hive right?!

I know I could! And actually I did!

For the first 3 years I was on the blockchain I practically forgot all about Facebook (Thank god!), Twitter (What's the point?!), and Youtube (Why bother right?!) I was 100% focused on making Hive the go to destination!

But then I met this guy, @NathanMars! And that's when I realized how important it was to tell other people about what we are doing here on our Blockchain!

That's when I started to think like a Hive Owner!

That's when I finally understood that If we didn't take the promotion and community 1st marketing of Hive seriously... Hive wouldn't be a foundation worth to building on. You seriously need people to make anything worthwhile!

Well... I really wanted Hive to be that digital destination. A busy buzz of digital activity based on state of the art blockchain technology that people were actually using and excited about!

I had spent the last 2 years building out my fitness entrepreneurial ideas. I believed in Hive 100%! Enough to sell off my very tangible fitness studio and sink all of that capital (and more!) into jumpstarting my business here on Hive!

But what good would it do if there was no one to come and experience it?

I have been in business for over 10+ years now and if there's anything I know... Being willing to do whatever it takes to succeed has got to be your MO if you want to succeed.

As well... I knew that if you want to stay in business you have got to stay sharp. You can't keep your business your best kept secret... You have got to tell everyone about your venture if it is to succeed.

It's common sense!

That's how owners think. And my vision for how Hive was going to digitize my fitness business was evolving rapidly. I no longer looked at Hive as a 5 year investment play... I could see Hive's potential. No. This was actually turning into a 20 year plan!

So thinking like an owner I threw myself into the gaps on the social2.0's Twitter (mainly), Fitbit (some), and Youtube (a little)... All the places I didn't want to be. And I did it only for the purpose of promoting the Hive Blockchain!

Having this focus actually made it more fun and meaningful to be on those other social media sites. The mission was to tell people about Hive. I wasn't really trying to build an audience on any of those dysfunctional platforms for any other reason.

It was good... It felt great in fact! Because it was a whole new way to win!

And that was the problem before!

On those other social platforms, winning wasn't winning at all. It was an absolute BS turd wrapped in cheap gift paper. It really did feel like an absolute meaningless waste of time being on those social2.0's!

You mean you want me to spend endless time obsessing about what people who don't care think... and then you want me to spend all my extra time and brain juice creating content for free and then it's not even mine? And then you want to curate my friends and family... even my emotional state... and oh yeah! All my security passwords as well! Yeah! Right!? You have got to be kidding me and on C.R.A.Z.Y. pills!... How convoluted has the world gotten anyways!? Is anything sincere, authentic, and real anymore?! WTH right?!

Good bye and good riddance and I get it!

But all that BS came into focus as soon as I made Hive my Home!

All the endless fidgeting on my smart phone all of a sudden had a purpose!

It made sense!

And then it dawned on me...

I wanted other wonderful, deserving, searching people just like me to enjoy the Hive experience in the same way I do/did!

So I, like I said, I got busy!

And that's what this surprise mission is all about!

I want you to experience that same joy all over again but through another person just like you did when you discovered Hive for the very first time! (Remember those virgin eyes!? 😉 Remember what you were thinking?! 😲)

So bring someone new to the blockchain and help them get started here!

Lending your word to someone else's is a way to boost BOTH of your credibility and rapport and is far more effective than attempting to tell everyone how great you are... THAT is also going to come back as Good Wil 😉 and reflect well on what we are all doing here on the Hive Blockchain!

Maybe not...

But that's not the point at all!

The point is... and always will be...

To drive this home to all you all!

What we need to win here on Hive is a highly explosive mixture of both Social Capital AND Financial Capital... With an emphasis on SOCIAL CAPITAL! 💥

This is what we really need more of on Hive!

If we get this right... We never really know how deep those pockets are! 🤑

Social environments that are friendly, healthy, and vibrant... those are the winning ones!

Why do I say all of this?

Because I seriously think that this could make a real difference!

It's time to get back to why this blockchain exists in the first place!

Blockchain is built to empower people!
