Saludos querida Comunidad!!
Para celebrar el día del padre se elaboro con los niños una rica delicada de parchita y una tarjeta en forma de camisa realizada en origami, compartiremos el paso a paso para elaborar la delicada. Los ingredientes básicamente son 3, aquí la recetas para 10 porciones:
- 4 o 5 parchitas grandes con bastante pulpa.
- 3 tazas de azucar.
- 250 grms de Maicina.
- 3 litros de agua.

To celebrate father's day we made with the children a delicious parchita delicacy and a card in the shape of a shirt made in origami, we will share the step by step to make the delicacy. The ingredients are basically 3, here are the recipes for 10 portions:

- 3 cups of sugar.
- 250 grms of cornstarch.

Lo primero es picar las parchitas y sacarle la pulpa.
The first thing to do is to chop up the parchitas and remove the pulp.
Lo segundo es licuar la parchita con un litro de agua,debe licuarse por poco tiempo ya que debemos evitar que se pulvericen mucho las pepitas negras para que no se pasen por el colador.
The second thing is to blend the parchita with a liter of water, it must be blended for a short time because we must avoid that the black seeds are pulverized too much so that they do not go through the strainer.
En el paso 3 procedemos a colar con mucha paciencia el jugo de parchita.

En el paso 4 le colocamos el azúcar y el resto del agua, probando el sabor, si requiere o no mas azúcar, luego vamos colocando poco a poco la maizina hasta que se disuelva completamente.

En el paso 5 procedemos a cocinar en fuego medio, si lo estas haciendo con tu niñ@ siempre con supervisión, hay que revolver constantemente para que no se empelote hasta que espese, apagar al burbujear y espesar. Una vez listas pasamos a decorar los vasos.

Otro detalle que los padres apreciaran es una linda y sencilla tarjeta de origami , los niños disfrutaron mucho la elaboración , primero fondearon las hojas con colores.

Realizamos todos los plieges paso a paso, hasta que quedo lista la camisa, los niños libremente escribieron mensajes a sus papás el cual quedo en el interior de la misma.
We made all the folds step by step, until the shirt was ready, the children freely wrote messages to their parents which remained on the inside of the shirt.
Son los detalles sencillos los que llenan el corazón, lo pudimos notar en los rostros de los padres que estaban muy emocionados con el detalles de sus hijos, el amor de los padres es lo mas que se acerca al verdadero amor en esta tierra, por ello debemos en estas fechas darle su valor mas allá de los defectos y errores que hayan cometido y brindarles nuestra aceptación y comprensión a estos seres que nos ayudaron a que se formaran nuestro cuerpo , que existiéramos, mas allá de los hechos pasados, sin ellos no existiríamos, ya sea que lo conociéramos o no, compartiéramos o no con él, o si por él contrario no nos despegamos de él, y lo vemos en los pensamientos puros y perfectos de los niños, "Te quiero mucho, eres mi vida" que nace de su corazón puro e inocente, como es el de los niños, agradezco lo que he aprendido con ellos y seguiré acompañándolos y orientándolos para que siempre vivan desde el Amor.
