Hoy 4 de Octubre conmemoramos el Día Mundial de los Animales y para ello me gustaría compartir unas fotografías que le tomé a mi mascota. En este día celebramos a todos los animales y eso incluye a nuestras mascotas.

Animals are an important part of nature and ensure the balance in all ecosystems, without them it would be almost impossible for our planet to move forward even with the plant mass on it, however and despite all this human practices have led many animal species to extinction, not to mention the abuse and some cruel behavior towards many species.
Por todo esto es que se busca visibilizar a las demás especies animales y el derecho a la vida que estas tienen. Es egoísta pensar que somos los únicos con derecho a vivir bien, las demás especies animales también cuentan con este derecho y todos estamos moral, ética y, en algunos casos, legalmente obligados a respetar estos derechos.
Hay que ser más sensibles y empáticos hacia los animales, enseñarle a nuestros niños que estos merecen ser respetados como seres vivos pues como tales tienen derecho, además debemos velar porque las generaciones futuras puedan conocer y disfrutar de un planeta mega diverso como el que nosotros conocimos.
Tampoco debemos olvidar que nuestras mascotas son animales, más allá de que estén domesticados, en este caso somos absolutamente responsables de brindarles amor, cariño y velar por su bienestar mediante todos los cuidados que cada especie necesita.

Luego de un baño rutinario para Amy (el cual no le agrada mucho) decidí tomarle algunas fotos para actualizar la galería pues últimamente no le he tomado muchas. Antes creía que a ella no le gustaba posar para mi cámara pues nunca estaba quieta pero en realidad es por su personalidad y vitalidad, en esta ocasión fue diferente porque estuvo todo el tiempo quieta y atenta a mis peticiones, por así decirlo.

After a routine bath for Amy (which she doesn't like very much) I decided to take some pictures to update the gallery because I haven't taken many lately. Before I thought she didn't like to pose for my camera because she was never still but in reality it's because of her personality and vitality, this time it was different because she was still and attentive to my requests, so to speak.
Aunque planeé hacer las fotografías el momento fue muy espontaneo, ella se acostó en el suelo como siempre a descansar muy cerca de donde yo estaba, me pareció que se veía muy bien en el sitio y comencé a tomarle fotos, parecía que ella entendía lo que yo estaba haciendo.
