Some time ago someone very close to me gave me a very cute little dog which I named him jet, as time passed jet became a member of our family, the child adored him and therefore everyone in the house became fond of him, he was a very naughty and tremendous dog, he was always walking around the house. But he had a very particular habit for which I always reprimanded him because he was dangerous: Every time we came home from the street and went to put the car in the garage, he would run to the car to meet us and during the day there was no danger, but at night there was, because he was black and sometimes the garage was dark, he couldn't see very clearly at night, and I was always very careful, But one night my husband was coming from a trip and he was very tired, he opened the garage door and when he put the car in the garage he hurt him a lot without wanting to, immediately jet started crying and the boy ran out and when we went outside we could see that jet was convalescing, We quickly took him to the vet and unfortunately the doctor could not do anything because he had all his organs burst, at that moment I felt very bad, it is something inexplicable the pain and anguish you feel when you see your pet dying and not being able to do anything to save him, they were days and months very hard because my husband felt guilty, although I constantly repeated that it had been an accident, but he felt very bad anyway. And the child was very sad because he witnessed all that painful event.
A pet can become a good friend. Even if you have a bad day, your pet will always be by your side. Their love is unconditional. Many families around the world have pets, which means that every day someone suffers the grief of losing a beloved animal.
Whether due to old age, disease or an accident, animals, like everyone else, die. Veterinarians can do many things for pets. But there are times when even the best medical techniques in the world cannot save an animal's life.
Some people feel ready to live with a new pet right away. But some people need more time. Sometimes different family members need different lengths of time to grieve the loss. One person may feel ready for a new pet right away, but another may take longer. It is important that you take as much time as you need to grieve and respect this process in other members of your family.
