What, it's already been more than a month since our last trip to the beach together, I need to fix that!
To be forgiven, I take you with me to go to Nui Beach, a beach a bit special and reserved for a specific target of tourists in Phuket.
Everything starts as usual, we take the direction of Karon View point (you can read my post about it here: Sun(ny)day 🌞 in Phuket 🏝️), the beach is located at the bottom of the hills of Karon, so far nothing exceptional.
Once arrived, it's a small expeditionary adventure that awaits us to get to the beach, are you ready? Park your vehicle and go to the Transfer Service (it will cost you 200 Bahts or 6.5 dollars to go and back), the descent being rather dangerous it's prohibited by its own vehicle. 😂
Quoi, cela fait déjà plus d'un mois que je ne vous ai pas emmené avec moi à la plage, faut que je rattrape ça!
Pour me faire pardonner nous allons nous rendre à Nui Beach, une plage un peu particulière de Phuket.
Tout commence normalement, direction Karon View point la plage se trouvant en bas des hauteurs de Karon. Pour rappel, pour voir à quoi ressemble Karon View point vous pouvez lire mon post Sun(ny)day 🌞 in Phuket 🏝️.
Une fois arrivé, c'est une mini expédition pour nous rendre tout en bas qui nous attends, vous êtes prêts ? Garez votre véhicule et rendez vous au Transfer Service (prix 200 Bahts soit 5.3 euros l'aller/retour), la déscente étant assez dangereuse elle y est interdite autrement. 😂
The ride is done in an old military vehicle that is far from being in its first youth 🤣 Pray to stay alive and hang on to your hats because it shakes in all directions! The descent being carried out on a broken road whose slope is very impressive and very close to the fall in some places!
Le trajet s'effectue dans un ancien véhicule militaire loin d'être de toute première jeunesse 🤣 Accrochez vous bien car cela secoue dans tous les sens avec une descente sur route déglingué dont l'inclinaison de la pente est impressionnante et à flan de ravin par endroit!
Happy to have reached the beach in one piece! This small creek is really nice, even if the weather was rather overcast (thanks to the rainy season) we can only appreciate it. It was well worth a little ride down by the road to the hells 😈
Heureux d'être arrivé en bas sain et sauf ! Cette petite crique est vraiment très sympa, même si le temps était plutôt couvert (merci la saison des pluies) on ne peut que l'apprécier. Cela valait bien une petite déscente par la route des enfers 😈

Once recovered from the emotional experience, by looking around we understand immediately for whom this creek has been especially arranged. For the instagrammers! 📷 Many spots have been created all around for you to take your best instagram shot. 😂
Une fois remis de l'émotion, en regardant autour de nous on comprends tout de suite pour qui a été spécialement aménagé cette crique. Pour les instagrameuses 📷 ! En effet, pleins de petits endroits ont spécialement été aménagés pour que vous fassiez votre plus belle photo instagram. 😂
You will find everything, swing, sofa, small cosy nest...
Vous y trouverez de tout, balançoire, sofa, petit nid douillet...
The beach is also very nice, with on each side, a restaurant to chill out a bit. Except that currently, of course, they're closed due to the big lack of tourists. 😥
La plage y est aussi très jolie, avec de chaque côté, un restaurant histoire de chiller un peu. Sauf qu'actuellement, bien évidemment, ils sont fermés vu le gros manque de touristes. 😥
There is also an instagram rock set up in case you haven't taken enough pictures yet. 🤣
Il y a aussi un rocher aménagé au cas où vous n'auriez pas encore pris assez de photo. 🤣
But isn't it all a bit too quiet? You can't refuse a bit of strong emotions (it's not like we haven't had it before 😂), right? No worries, a walk on the giant swings hanging from the trees and you're done. Hold on tight, here we go!
Un peu trop calme depuis notre arrivée? Un peu d'émotions fortes vous tentent (c'est pas comme si l'on en avait pas déjà eu 😂) ? Pas de soucis, un tour aux balançoires géantes accrochées aux arbres et le tour est joué.
Once again a beautiful day in the land of smiles and on this wonderful island of Phuket. I hope you enjoyed today's adventure, although it's not quite over yet, because after going down it, we have to go back up this small road, to get our car.
Encore une belle journée au pays du sourire et sur cette merveilleuse ile de Phuket. J'espère que notre petite aventure vous aura plu, bien qu'ils nous restent quelques émotions à avoir avec la remonté de cette petite route, histoire d'aller récupérer notre voiture.
