I suppose, that's another personal life mystery that I solved. If I have accountability partner, someone who is doing things with me, actively asking me about it, I am able to do it. Often whenever I am doing things alone, it feels less challenging and there's nobody to rush me about it.
During my 30 days tracking of food, I certainly made some bad choices here and there. There are days where I binged but also days where I eat very little calories. But so far, I am making a bit more progress towards my health.
On July to August, I was struggling physically as I got really sick from switching the environment. Now that I am settled in, things are bit better.
Do you think having an accountability partner when you're trying to improve yourself helps? let me know what you think in the comment section.
