Conceptual Studio Photoshoot : Barbie V2

This is my personal studio photoshoot project from years back.

This project was done during my training on the photography study. It was called SKM Level 3, SKM stands for Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia also known as Malaysian Skills Certificate Level 3.

This photoshoot concept is called "Barbie V2"

That V2 stands for version two. This photoshoot was done with a set of expression. This version that I am going to share with you today is the version 2, soulless face.

The challenge on taking this concept was on how to convince people that the photo taken was soulless or its was like a mannequin. At firsts It was really hard because this girl is very energetic and easy to laugh. It take about 15 minutes for the ice breaking session and some warm up shoot. And after that she was amazingly done her job!

This retouching process is different from my workflow during my study, I have applied most of the new skills I have acquired from various workshop to do the retouching on this photo.
