THese photos have bene sitting in my "yet to post" folder on my PC for literally months, and I thought when I saw them this morning that its about time I shared them,

Starting with a shot of this little bridge along the trail

Destruction Brook Trail is Wooded, 1,500-acre land trust with 35 miles of hiking trails, wildlife, a waterway & rock ledges, it is managed by the Dartmouth Natural Resource Trust, which has quite a few trails and areas they look after, I love it when sites and trails are preserved like this.
This was a walk Lulu and I did before she broke her Hip in December, and these trails can be damp and slippery and she hasn't felt up to doing them again yet, I have bene meaning to myself but this summer has been crazy, the days have either been to hot ( hence why most of my walks of recent have bene early morning when it is cooler , or I am out and think about doing it and I don't have sunblock on, and after all the skin cancer I have had removed, I try to avoid walks in the Sun if I am not covered in sunblock ( another reason I love early morning before the sunrises walks), or finally the temp is nice but its raining.
I do hope to do some trails maybe in Fall like we did last year will be when I do them.

This is the same bridge as the first shot from the other side and I then knew it is called Ellas bridge

OK looking at this shot maybe my excuse of no sunblock isnt warranted there is plenty of shade from the trees lOL

Seeing the trees down in this next shot, I wonder if there was much damage from the wids we got recently, I know in Buttonwood Park I saw a few trees or limbs of trees were blown down.
