…contrast. The building in the background is the MAS, a museum built in 2011 and of which you can say without lying that it has radically changed the Antwerp skyline.
The building in the foreground is the "Loodswezen", built in the years 1892-1895, and where the administrative services of the (maritime) pilots were housed until 2018.
And for those who follow me ... this is also the building you know very well from the inside... you know, my adventures in the murder house, where my skinny friends were "kidnapped" 😊
Now at least you can see it from the outside and get an idea of the size of the building.
