I'm back with some more photos of the ice storm that we experienced the other day. Here is a link to the other post. Feel free to check those out as well.
The ice stormed covered everything, even individual blades of grass.
I tried to get some good shots of the grass. I hate the cold though, so I had to get back inside.
Ice even formed around the net of the basketball goal. I wanted to dunk a basketball through to see if it would break it, but I didn't want to disturb the beauty of the frozen fabric.
This is not a great shot, but it gave the best capture of the ice close up covering the trees. It was truly a sight to behold.
I liked how the ice formed a lattice here. I'm not really sure how that came about because the plant obviously didn't grow that way.
Here's another attempt to capture the ice on the limbs. It just doesn't really do it justice.
