From Mont Lafayette and the Franconia Ridge trail I have traversed the tops of several mountains.
From Mount Lafayette to Mount Lincoln to Little Haystack Mountain; a perfect day at the top of the world!
The views from the top and the way up the ridges is always impressive no matter how many times you have done it.
The weather is so changeable at the top, that we have the impression of discovering it for the first time every time.
The views over the valley below are just as pretty.
Such views allow us to recharge our batteries and is just ideal to admire while having lunch.
The fog will never prevent us from appreciating this spectacle of nature.
Certainly, it will make us more careful on our walk, but it will not prevent us from reaching our goal.
There are of course sections out of reach; we must preserve nature, we are on our territory and we must take care of it.
A small river to cross to end the day well, what more could you ask for?
It's not the hardest hike, but not the easiest either.
Some sections are a bit strenuous, but the reward is well worth it.
