Mount Baker gets record breaking snowfall each season and once the snowplows have cleared the road at the end of the season they create these really cool snow walls.
during the 1998-1999 snow season Mount Baker Ski Area broke the world record for snowfall with 1,140 inches (95 feet or 28.9m!).
We travelled here a couple of years ago. At this time of year the road is still closed to traffic so we parked at the end of the road. It made for some fun photos, but I can't even imagine how much higher the snow walls would have been after the '98-'99 season.
