Before coming to Cabo, @therealflaws and @perceval said that I needed to try some arepas while I was here.
One of the restaurants here has them and I knew that I had to try them out. Everything here has been delicious and I figured these would be amazing as well.
I ended up getting two of the beef arepas along with some corn and a potato salad. I am really falling in love with the food here. It is like a flavor explosion. All of these veggies are so fresh.
I have been eating smaller meals here so that we are able to try more food. Tomorrow we will be going on a guided snorkeling tour near Land’s End in the Sea of Cortez. There are supposed to be sea turtles and some amazing fish out there. I can’t wait. I could really get used to being here and we will be coming back a few times a year.
