It is our duty as parents to educate our children about the importance of chewing food well so that they can taste it, it does not stick to the teeth because when we chew it generates more saliva which is important for oral health, this allows it to soften and digest better, likewise the correct brushing will prevent the dreaded cavities and tooth loss which we must avoid because of the importance of teeth for chewing.

>Es nuestro deber como padres educar a los hijos sobre la importancia de masticar bien los alimentos para que puedan saborearlos ,no se peguen a los dientes porque cuando masticamos se genera mas saliva la cual es importante para la salud bucal,esta permite que se ablanden y digieran mejor.De igual manera el cepillado correcto evitará las tan temidas caries las perdidas dentales lo cual debemos evitar por la importancia de los dientes para la masticación.

Usually children eat very fast especially if it is something they like because they do not want to share it and feel they want it all and in the end even ask for more; but it is that speed and anxiety when eating that damages their digestive system and generates eating disorders, so we see children suffering from bulimia, constipation, with a tendency to gain weight and with serious emotional problems.

>Por lo general los niños comen muy rápido en especial si es algo que les gusta porque no quieren compartirlo y sienten que lo quieren todo y al final incluso piden mas; pero es esa rapidez y ansiedad al comer lo que daña su sistema digestivo y genera trastornos alimenticios,por ello vemos niños sufriendo de bulimia,de estreñimiento ,con tendencia a aumentar de peso y con serios problemas emocionales.

It can also happen that as children we do not experience problems but as adults and this usually happens, we become adults with a tendency to take cholesterol and glycemia to the limit, addicted to fats and all this often due to upbringing and bad eating habits acquired in our childhood.
