Creating colors on a serving plate is my passion! I kept learning and experimenting. I am happy to share my learning process with you.
I am aware that the plating idea I am presenting is not perfect, and this is my process. I would be very happy to receive feedback from you.
After finishing making plant-based cakes, I decided to make colorful plating.
I use the sauce ingredients available in my kitchen. This time I used durian sauce mixed with pandan flavor, and blueberry jam.
To change the texture of the sauce according to the needs for the purpose of forming the sauce on the plate, we can add milk, sugar, or cornflour.
Enjoy the plating tutorial!
STEP 1
Add a tablespoon of blueberry sauce, then perform movements such as pulling the spoon up or down quickly.
Make corrections if the shape of the sauce is not perfect. And don't forget to clean the surface of the plate if you see splashes of unwanted sauce.
STEP 2
Add desserts carefully to keep the shape of the sauce nicely.
STEP 3
Add green sauce and make quick movements to create a shape like a random creation effect.
STEP 4
Add a cookie or other topping.
STEP 5
Add coconut flakes, or you can use almonds flakes. Then, in the final step, you can add a touch of floral ornaments of fresh fruit pieces.
