Hola gente bonita :D, hoy quiero hacer un post algo diferente en este mundo de los posts de música pues, estoy acostumbrada en hablar de un artista, una canción o un álbum en específico que ya conozco y hoy haré algo nuevo, hoy quiero hablar de un álbum nuevo de una cantante que amo mucho, Billie Eilish pero mientras redacto este post escucho el álbum por PRIMERA VEZ.
Hello beautiful people :D, today I want to make a post something different in this world of music posts because, I am used to talk about an artist, a song or a specific album that I already know and today I will do something new, today I want to talk about a new album of a singer that I love a lot, Billie Eilish but while I write this post I listen to the album for the FIRST TIME.
Quiero recordarle que Billie Eilish es una cantante que me gusta mucho y desde el 2019 amo cada canción que saca, no hay ninguna que no me guste, por eso con ella me decidí a probar esto, escuchar el álbum completo y redactar mi opinión sobre cada canción mientras lo escucho por primera vez :D me gusta porque así la opinión es recién y bastante fresca, estoy muy entusiasmada así que… ¡Empecemos!
I want to remind you that Billie Eilish is a singer I like a lot and since 2019 I love every song she releases, there is not a song I don't like, that's why with her I decided to try this, listen to the whole album and write my opinion about each song while listening to it for the first time :D I like it because this way the opinion is fresh and quite fresh, I'm very excited so... Let's start!
Getting Older
Ok empezamos con esta primera canción del álbum, un ritmo bastante diferente de lo que estoy acostumbrada de Billie… es super PEGADIZO ESE RITMO DE FONDO, definitivamente el coro es mi parte favorita, los saltos que Billie se lanza con la palabra “raro” son INCREÍBLES. Wow que canción tan interesante y disfrutable, tiene las pausas típicas en completo silencio que siempre caracterizan a Billie, pues ella no le teme a eso, tener algún momento en SILENCIO ABSOLUTO pues combina demasiado con toda la canción que acompaña.
Ok let's start with this first song of the album, a rhythm quite different from what I'm used to from Billie... it's super COZY THAT BACKGROUND RHYTHM, definitely the chorus is my favorite part, the jumps Billie throws herself with the word "weird" are AMAZING. Wow what an interesting and enjoyable song, it has the typical pauses in complete silence that always characterize Billie, as she is not afraid of that, having some moment in ABSOLUTE SILENCE as it combines too much with the whole song it accompanies.
Hablemos un poco de la letra ahora, en lo que yo conozco a Billie podría decir que la letra todo se refiere a ella, porque ella empezó a ser MUY famosa a edad muy temprana, ya ahora es mayor de edad, literal se esta volviendo vieja y esta notando unos cambios que jamás predijo que tendría. Me gusta que habla en sentido realista de como se siente alguien que apenas está dándose cuenta que ya es adulto, pero mención a también que no es todo malo, significa que si uno toma el camino bueno el volverse mayor les traerá beneficios y no miedos.
Empezamos fuertes, pues de verdad, aunque es la primera canción del álbum ME GUSTÓ MUCHÍSIMO y me hace muy feliz porque siento que las demás me dejaran igual de feliz.
Let's talk a little bit about the lyrics now, as far as I know Billie I could say that the lyrics are all about her, because she started being VERY famous at a very young age, she is now a grown up, she is literally getting older and is noticing changes that she never predicted she would have. I like that she talks realistically about how someone who is just realizing they are an adult feels, but she also mentions that it's not all bad, it means that if you take the good path, growing older will bring you benefits and not fears.
We start off strong, well really, even though it's the first song on the album I LIKE IT A LOT and it makes me very happy because I feel that the others will make me just as happy.
I Didn’t Change My Number
¡¿OK?! WHAT… ESTE FONDO ES OTRA COSA, ES INCREÍBLE uff… se siente un Flow de rap, esta canción es mas agresiva que la anterior, me recuerda mucho a la canción de “You should see me in a crown” y la canción es super corta con un mensaje más claro y diferente. La letra es clara, simplemente es para aquellas personas que de verdad no nos hacen ningún bien en nuestras vidas, pero aún así insisten en seguir en ellas, nos agobian texteándonos que le debemos hablar o algo así, y esta canción simplemente es para decirte “Te haré daño si me sigues agobiando, mi tiempo no lo vales tú” OOOOOH.
OK?! WHAT... THIS BACKGROUND IS SOMETHING ELSE, IT'S AMAZING uff... it feels like a rap Flow, this song is more aggressive than the previous one, it reminds me a lot of the song "You should see me in a crown" and the song is super short with a clearer and different message. The lyrics are clear, it's simply for those people that really don't do us any good in our lives, but still insist on staying with them, they burden us by texting us that we should talk to them or something, and this song is simply to tell you "I'll hurt you if you keep bothering me, my time is not worth you" OOOOOH.
Algo que me encanta de las canciones es cuando le agregan nombres en la letra, porque da curiosidad de saber si lo nombres son de personas que la artista conoce y eso le da un toque personal, pues se siente que Billie vivió esto, tuvo que comportarse como dice en la canción y bueno se le ocurrió una increíble manera de volver todo eso una MUY BUENA CANCIÓN. Me gustó bastante también, porque el trabajo del ritmo del fondo es adictivo y como la canción es corta te obliga a ponerla una vez más.
Something I love about the songs is when they add names in the lyrics, because it makes you curious to know if the names are of people the artist knows and that gives it a personal touch, because you feel that Billie lived this, she had to behave as she says in the song and well she came up with an incredible way to turn all that into a VERY GOOD SONG. I liked it quite a bit too, because the back beat work is addictive and since the song is short it forces you to play it one more time.
Billie Bossa Nova
Ok antes de escuchar la canción tengo miedo, pues si escucho un ritmo de Bossa Nova literal amaré a esta artista más de lo que ya la amo vamos a ver… AAH SI LO ES Y ES SABROSISIMÁ ME ENCANTA. Primero antes de decirles cualquier cosa, la canción termina en FADE OUT algo poco característico en la música actual, algo que hace la canción se sienta como si fue hecha hace muchos años. El ritmo es increíble, me sentí sentada en un restaurante disfrutando de una comida bastante cara con vino mientras sonaba de fondo.
Ok before I listen to the song I am afraid, because if I hear a Bossa Nova beat I will literally love this artist more than I already do let's see... AAH YES IT IS AND IT IS SABROSISIMÁ I LOVE IT. First before I tell you anything, the song ends on FADE OUT something uncharacteristic in today's music, something that makes the song feel like it was made many years ago. The beat is incredible, I felt like I was sitting in a restaurant enjoying a rather expensive meal with wine while it played in the background.
No he escuchado muchas Bossa Novas en mi vida, pero de verdad que al averiguar más de verdad puedo opinar que Billie consiguió obtener un sonido de allí agregándole su estilo y su voz es queda perfecta con todo. Cambiamos una vez más la temática, ahora todo es muy sensual, seductor hasta no más poder, una invitación discreta pero clara a la pasión absoluta, siento que por ahora esta es mi canción favorita en todo el álbum.
I haven't listened to many Bossa Novas in my life, but I can really say that Billie managed to get a sound from there by adding her style and her voice is perfect with everything. We change the theme once again, now everything is very sensual, seductive to no end, a discreet but clear invitation to absolute passion, I feel that for now this is my favorite song on the whole album.
My future
Esta canción ya la había escuchado, la lanzó en 2020 y wooow… de verdad primero quiero hablar del video, la animación es muy hermosa todo lo que aparece en el video esta increíblemente diseñado y combina. Lo que más amo de esta canción que por un momento parece 2 canciones en una, pues al principio tenemos un ambiente con video oscuro lleno de lluvia y ritmo de balada, todo muy suave más ella cantando de manera bellísima para luego ¡BOOM! El sol sale, todo florece y la canción también lo hace.
I had already heard this song, she released it in 2020 and wooow... I really want to talk about the video first, the animation is very beautiful, everything that appears in the video is incredibly designed and combined. What I love most about this song that for a moment it seems like 2 songs in one, because at the beginning we have an environment with a dark video full of rain and ballad rhythm, all very soft plus her singing beautifully and then BOOM! The sun comes out, everything blooms and so does the song.
Luego el ritmo sigue siendo suave, pero más alegre sin cambiar la letra de la canción, todo lo contrario, siguió contando la micro historia que está contando, habla de que estas feliz con alguien, tienes a esa persona especial, pero jamás te olvidas de ti, de tú futuro y has madurado tanto con ello que, si esa persona especial no te acompaña en tu camino, no te preocupas lo dejas libre porque esa persona también tiene que hacer su vida y uno nunca sabe si te la volverás a encontrar.

WOW AHORA NOS METIMOS EN UNA DISCOTECA PARA BAILAR DURO Y HASTA EL AMANECER, de verdad que esta canción me hace recordar esas películas donde la escena de la discoteca ponían una canción que todos bailaban saltando y meneándose, muy buenas escenas y canciones como estas combinan perfectamente. De verdad este ritmo jamás lo imagine en Billie Eilish, pues no pensé que combinaran Y ME EQUIVOQUÉ ESTA CANCIÓN ES INCREÍBLE y algo diferente de lo que estoy acostumbrada con ella.
WOW NOW WE'RE GOING INTO A DISCOTHEQUE TO DANCE HARD AND UNTIL DAWN, this song really reminds me of those movies where the disco scene they played a song that everyone danced to jumping and shaking, very good scenes and songs like this combine perfectly. I really never imagined this rhythm in Billie Eilish, because I didn't think that they would combine and I WAS WRONG THIS SONG IS AMAZING and something different from what I'm used to with her.
Una de las mejores partes es el silencio absoluto donde piensas que la canción se acabó y POOM más canción explosiva para bailar con sus palabras de fondo para ahora si terminar, la letra es simple, y todo combina mucho con el nombre de la canción pues la oxitocina es la hormona que nos produce felicidad y de verdad que escuchar un rato esta canción nos produce eso y mucho mas.
One of the best parts is the absolute silence where you think that the song is over and POOM more explosive song to dance with his words in the background to finish now if, the lyrics are simple, and everything combines much with the name of the song because oxytocin is the hormone that produces happiness and really listen for a while this song produces us that and much more.
Y eso es todo por hoy :D… no, el álbum no ha terminado jaja pero es que este álbum posee 16 canciones de las cuales solo he hablado de 6 :D JAJA, así que continuare esto en otro post. No se preocupen, esto significa que no escucharé el resto de canciones hasta que haga el otro post, quiero de verdad hacerlo con un opinión del momento.
