A few shots I took in the fabulous forests of Strandzha Mountain in Bulgaria.
Sunday I was walking along the dried up riverbed of Peteleyska river. It passes near the village Brashlyan, right next to the chapel of St. Panteleimon.
At this time of year, the river has dried up and I calmly took a walk along its dried up riverbed.
The beauty of the centuries-old trees was amazing. The shapes that formed their roots and branches were impressive.
I enjoyed the beautiful rock formations, mosses and interesting vegetation.
