An interesting day today. Weather has been good today. In the late afternoon i went out to do my shopping and actifit steps. Spent more than an hour today.
Shopping was good walking around from one end of the High street to another and then back again. Took lot of time in the shops figuring out what grocery to buy. After completing my shopping I walked back home. Completing 7000+ steps for the day.
