My Actifit Report Card: June 17 2021- Off day

I hope everyone is healthy and fit

Today, at around 08:00 Hrs, I have left the office and after buying some vegetables in the mid-way, I reach the home at around 08:45 Hrs. After having shower, I had a Bhakhari, Pickle and Tea as a breakfast. Subsequently, I started reading the fourth chapter Cryptocurrencies of the book named The basis of Bitcoin and blockchain by Antony Lewis. As the chapter is quite lengthy consisting 150 pages. It will take few day to complete. At, 11:00 Hrs, I started creating blog about achievement 4. It's still going on. At 12:30 Hrs, we had lunch of Roti, Sabji, Papad, salad, and Buttermilk, as usual. After that I had power nap of two hours and woke up at around 16:00 Hrs. After waking up, I had normal tea to freshen up the mind. At around 17:00 hrs, I started plucking lumber part of Spinach and my wife did the same with fenugreek while watching the Newly realesed TV show "Sunflower 🌻" on zee5. We keep wathching the show while working hard on green leafy vegetables. It was 19:00 Hrs by wrapping the work.After that, I did cycling for a while. At 20:00 We decided to order a gravy Manchurian and simple veg sandwich from nearby famous restaurants Rangoli through Zometo. The delivery was so much fast we received our food in just 20 minutes. We had dinner 🍝 while watching the show Sunflower. As it was high rain outside, we skip the program of light walk on terrace and continue watching back to back episode of the sunflower show. You won't believe, we have finished the show on 21:30 Hrs. The show was quite engaging and thriller with comedy. One time watch show. After that we started watching latest episode of Wagle ki Duniya and then had a good night sleep.
