Was a stunning day. I really wanted to go riding. We had friends coming for lunch and head chef didn't get organised to go before prep or during prep. Cooking plan was to keep things simple - my brain was not into joined up thinking. It all worked just fine - oysters for entree, garlic butterflied prawns on bbq next and beef fillet Philadelphia style for main. Dessert was a simple fruit salad with ice cream. Our friends loved what was really a freedom meal. Sorry - no photos

So I got the steps in and met the one orchid a day challenge
Tough times - friends will be the path out. They will be in three camps - vaxxed, unvaxxed, don't give a shit.
