It is usually possible to understand the state of mind of a person by looking at his face, especially by looking at his gaze. A person's gaze can say a lot, sometimes everything. With these three works created in 2018 I wanted to represent three states of mind. Being angry, being full of confidence and being totally insecure.
These works were born digitally, but trying to bring on the screen a brushstroke effect as faithful as possible to reality. This is because I wanted to merge the two techniques, the more classic and the more modern. The work was then conceived as a triptych, in fact, if it is true that the works can also function individually, they find their maximum expression when viewed as a whole. Solitamente è possibile capire lo stato d'animo di una persona guardando il suo volto, in particolar modo guardando il suo sguardo. Lo sguardo di una persona può dire tanto, a volte tutto. Con queste tre opere realizzate nel 2018 ho voluto rappresentare tre stati d'animo. L'essere arrabbiato, l'essere pieno di sicurezza e l'essere totalmente insicuri.
Queste opere sono nate in digitale, ma cercando di portare su schermo un effetto pennellata il più fedele possibile alla realtà. Questo perchè volevo fondere le due tecniche, quella più classica e quella più moderna. L'opera poi è stata concepita come un trittico, infatti se è vero che le opere possono funzionare anche singolarmente, trovano la loro massima espressione se viste nel loro insieme.
