Que maravilloso ha sido para mí poder hacer comunidad en el mundo de la blockchain. La cantidad de personas y oportunidades que se me han abierto ha sido muy importante en mis decisiones de a donde seguir.
Pienso fiel mente que hacer comunidad NO ES ESTAR EN DISCORD 24 horas al día (aunque antes si lo pensaba)
Justo ahora en #hive lo he comprendido, yo lideré varios programas de curación en discord que me ayudaron a madurar en mí el poder comprender el verdadero significado de la frase: "Hacer comunidad"
Aunque es importante hacerse conocer por las diferentes salas de chat, eso no lo podemos negar. Lo maravillo de poder conocer a esas personas que admiramos por lo maravilloso de sus post, poder estar presente en una entrevista con un curador importante solo lo logramos con el DISCORD.
How wonderful it has been for me to be able to make community in the blockchain world. The number of people and opportunities that have opened up for me has been very important in my decisions of where to go.
I faithfully believe that community is not about being on the road 24 hours a day (although I used to think so).
Just now in #hive I have understood, I led several healing programs in discord that helped me to mature in me the power to understand the true meaning of the phrase: "Making community".
Although it is important to make yourself known through the different chat rooms, we can't deny that. The marvel of being able to meet those people we admire for the wonderfulness of their posts, to be able to be present at an interview with an important curator, is only achieved with the DISCORD.
Particularmente yo estoy muy agradecida por lo que sé y por lo que sigo aprendiendo, es el resultado de tener una buena conexión con los miembros de las diferentes comunidades que me apoyan.
La clave está en ser cordiales y receptivos. Recuerden que somos seres de luz (debemos iluminar el camino de otros) no ser oscuridad. Nada ganamos con entorpecer el buen trabajo que vienen realizando algunos. Al contrario, seamos partícipes de su crecimiento dentro de la plataforma.
I am particularly grateful for what I know and what I continue to learn, which is the result of having a good connection with the members of the different communities that support me.
The key is to be friendly and responsive. Remember that we are beings of light (we must light the way for others) not darkness. Nothing is gained by hindering the good work that some have been doing. On the contrary, let us be participants in their growth within the platform.
