Estamos en un lugar donde la creatividad y el ingenio están a la orden del día, cada vez llegan más usuarios a nuestra plataforma y encontramos mucho más contenido en ella, lo que significa que cada vez es un poco más complicado resaltar entre tanta gente buena.
Esto nos plantea a todos un nuevo reto, pero es que desde que Hive inició de la mano de sus usuarios quedó claro que el camino por recorrer estaría lleno de retos como este, y no podría ser de otra forma ya que es la manera que tenemos los Hivers de seguir creciendo, una evolución constante que hace de este lugar en la red un invaluable ecosistema abundante en creatividad y contenido de calidad.

We are in a place where creativity and ingenuity are the order of the day, more and more users are coming to our platform and we find much more content on it, which means that it is becoming a little more complicated to stand out among so many good people.
This presents us all with a new challenge, but since Hive started from the hand of its users it was clear that the road ahead would be full of challenges like this, and it could not be otherwise since it is the way we Hivers have to keep growing, a constant evolution that makes this place in the network an invaluable ecosystem abundant in creativity and quality content.
Ahora bien, teniendo eso en mente es válido replantearnos la forma en la que estamos haciendo las cosas acá en Hive, me refiero a la forma en la que creamos y compartimos nuestro contenido, esa manera que tiene cada uno de llegar a otros usuarios y esperando siempre captar la atención de algún curador. Tal vez pensemos que llegó la hora de evolucionar e implementar cambios que busquen mejorar lo que hasta ahora hemos estado haciendo; a mi parecer eso sería genial pero hay algo que no debemos olvidar, nuestra esencia.
Mucho se nos ha dicho que en Hive es importante mostrarnos tal cual somos para resaltar precisamente por ello ya que en esta plataforma la genuina verdad es muy valorada, por todo eso creo que aunque busquemos una evolución que nos permita mejorar como usuarios de esta colmena no debemos dejar a un lado nuestra esencia, eso que nos caracteriza, al contrario, ambos procesos pueden y deben ir de la mano para que dicho avance sea tremendo.
Now, with that in mind it is valid to rethink the way we are doing things here at Hive, I mean the way we create and share our content, the way each one of us has to reach other users and always hoping to capture the attention of a curator. Maybe we think that the time has come to evolve and implement changes that seek to improve what we have been doing so far; in my opinion that would be great but there is something we should not forget, our essence.
Much has been said to us that in Hive it is important to show ourselves as we are in order to stand out precisely because of that, since in this platform the genuine truth is highly valued, for all that I believe that although we seek an evolution that allows us to improve as users of this hive we should not leave aside our essence, that which characterizes us, on the contrary, both processes can and should go hand in hand so that such progress is tremendous.
Sé que tal vez pensaran que es fácil decir todo lo que digo sentado frente a una computadora y en cambio es mucho más dificultoso aplicar todo esto en la práctica. Permítanme contarles que si he escrito esto y me atrevo a compartirlo con todos es porque precisamente siento que para mí también ha llegado la hora de evolucionar en esta plataforma, no ha sido fácil darme cuenta de ello pero poco a poco lo he ido asimilando; quiero mejorar cuanto me sea posible en Hive y sé que no hay forma fácil de hacerlo pero igualmente quero intentarlo por eso quise compartir todo esto, para que quienes me puedan leer se sientan al menos un poco inspirados y se animen a ponerse en movimiento.

A veces es frustrante cuando se acaban las ideas, lo sé, pero ese no es el final. Inspírate, observa a tu alrededor, en la naturaleza, las personas, los lugares, o incluso en otros Hivers y sus maravillosos trabajos, no animo a que los plagien, lo que digo es que podemos inspirarnos con sus creaciones y crear las propias; la inspiración puede estar en el lugar menos esperado pero para encontrarla debemos estar abiertos a ella y preparados para crear grandes cosas a partir de ella.
I know that you may think that it is easy to say everything I say sitting in front of a computer, but it is much more difficult to apply all this in practice. Let me tell you that if I have written this and I dare to share it with everyone is precisely because I feel that for me it is time to evolve in this platform, it has not been easy to realize it but little by little I have been assimilating it; I want to improve as much as possible in Hive and I know there is no easy way to do it but I still want to try, that's why I wanted to share all this, so that those who can read me feel at least a little inspired and encourage them to get moving.

Be inspired, look around you, at nature, people, places, or even at other Hivers and their wonderful works, I'm not encouraging you to plagiarize them, what I'm saying is that we can be inspired by their creations and create our own; inspiration can be in the least expected place but to find it we must be open to it and ready to create great things from it.

Aprovechemos esta gran plataforma que es Hive para llevarle a todos nuestras ideas, pensamientos y opiniones, pero siempre desde el respeto por el otro y dejando abierta la puerta para el debate porque hay que recordar que no estamos solos en esta gran colmena. No importa si pensamos que es una pequeña y sin importancia, en Hive siempre habrán personas dispuestas a leernos y a compartir nuestras opiniones pues la empatía abunda en esta plataforma.

Si hacemos un esfuerzo con los aspectos anteriores les aseguro que crear no nos será difícil, aun cuando eso no pase debemos estar siempre abiertos y dispuestos para la creatividad ya que es una entidad empírica que nos aborda sin previo aviso; es en esos momentos cuando somos capaces de crear las cosas más grandes que vemos diariamente en Hive.

Quiero aclarar que no pretendo dar consejos cual experto en la materia, simplemente quiero motivar a otros, desde mi más sincera y humilde experiencia, a mejorar día a día todo lo que aquí hacemos, porque ya sabemos que a Hive la hacemos grande TODOS.
