At this moment, I'm so happy, and anyone who has been part of the event that I'm going to review at this moment should understand the reason for such enthusiasm and happiness.

Today I want to talk about what was my second experience as host of #HiveMeetUp, the great surprises we got in the second block that I had to direct and ultimately the achievements that in my opinion we reached resulting in an unprecedented event that will remain forever in the history of the Hispanic community of #Hive.

Full house again! And this time this fact is much more special, we reached a peak of 86 people connected simultaneously, something that would be very understandable after analyzing what was reported in my previous post about the HIVE MEET UP were it not for the fact that there was an early block on the same day, that is, people stayed active even when the event had a double day on Sunday, that is something incredibly epic.

Now, beyond this incredible attendance, I will first talk about my opinion about the papers we had and then I will proceed to leave my thoughts for the end of the post, so let's get started.

Día 2 | Day 2

Yesterday we had two blocks, the first was moderated by @eddiespino and according to what I have read in many posts from people who attended with a lot of encouragement that made it amazing although (according to him) we made it difficult hahaha, the first block had super interesting guests like @mcfarhat (@actifit), @gerber (@dcitygame) which made a list to reward those who attended with an airdrop, there were guests expected by many as it was @good-karma (@ecency) and @jarvie (@peakd), in addition to the partipaciones of special hivers as @marybellrg and witness @guiltyparties

For anyone reading these guests, you may not think that the Hispanic community would ever get to experience a golden opportunity like this, but yes, believe me we did get to hear first hand information from each of these incredible guests.

As in the previous blocks we started with the "selfie time" activity to show our presence on Twitter and let people know we were active to end our event with the second and last block on Sunday, you can see my selfie below:

Everything started to go incredibly well, in fact this time we were way ahead of time at the beginning of the event, then we were quite extended but it was excellent because people were totally attentive to the presentations and no one got bored or showed a negative attitude about it.

In this block that I had the joy of moderating and translating live we had AMAZING guests, we started with @roadstories who told us about all the updates of the @ocd project, he was able to help satisfy many doubts with the #Posh curation (although soon I will make a video about this for my @threespeak channel to explain it a little better to the people of the Hispanic community) and talked a little about the dynamics that the OCD community does regarding the topic of community incubations; in this talk @acidyo supported by reiterating that people have to post in OCD supported communities that are niche specific and not in the OCD community as such, he also gave a warm congratulations and called us as (and I quote):

The best community that exists within the Hive blockchain.

Then we went on to know in depth what the HIVE PETS community was about with @josecarrerag and we were invited to make a very special dynamic where we had to make a selfie showing on our screens that we are subscribed in the community and give the most creativity to our selfie, so I decided to do this:

To end the presentations of the space we had @jauregui98 to talk about the Hispanic program that is carried on the @palnet server known as "Exprésate con los 5 para las 4", in charge of the translation in all these presentations was the brother @gaeljosser which in addition to having done an excellent job, showed the community his great voice.

We had incredible dynamics in the second block that were in the auxiliary channels that we created during the presentations to meet the initiatives that the particular speakers had in mind; after the previous presentations, we had @starkerz as a guest to talk about the vision that the DApp @threespeak has for the future and I feel that although this was one of the most technical presentations, it gave us all an incredible emotion to start dreaming listening to those plans for the future.

We had @arcange who talked about an extremely important topic such as the security aspect and recovery of our accounts using a service developed by him known as @hive.recovery, he also told us about a surprise but you will get that information in the post of the official account @hivemeetup with the count.

For the musical break we returned to listen to our dear @eugelys and before an internet outage that unfortunately suffered, I decided to grab my guitar and delight the people who were at the event with one of my original songs; beautifully I was not affected by the flu and I could perform my presentation calmly.

After that incredible musical break, we started the second part of this last block with the presentations of three projects that have had an incredible impact on the Hispanic community such as @fuerza-hispana, @hive-mexico and @hispapro, the presentations were given by Javier Gama, @eddiespino and @yonnathang respectively, we could know the alliances that these projects have, the visions and the work they have done to help new talents and creators with experience in our blockchain.

Then we met a very visionary project from the husband of our amazing @elizabeths14; the gentleman is known as Josue Monterola and his presentation was about the project and community Hive Motors (@hive-motors) where people will find an amazing space to share their knowledge about automotive engineering and everything related to motorized vehicles regardless of the type of vehicle it is.

Later we could listen to @garybilbao who told us in depth about his great project known as "The Commentator" which is responsible for educating people on the subject of making organic connections with other authors and also has a specific healing trail for comments; I am very happy to know that this project was born as a result of a post I made expressing my concern about this issue, Gary himself confirmed this fact and now I feel that this project means much more to me.

One of the most special participations we had in the evening was that of the witness @crimsonclad and I say this motivated by many things, that is, her charisma, her incredibly nice voice and her energy impacted us, captivated and encouraged us that it was as if people had forgotten that they had been connected for a couple of hours watching the other presentations.

With her we got to know a very special vision of what Hive is, the impact it has had on people, the amount of power it has given to people like you or me who possibly before entering this world, would have never even crossed our minds what a cryptocurrency is, she thinks that our chain has been a way to be part of the "Cypherpunk" world and that each and every one of us are like little "baby cypherpunks" for betting on this paradigm shift with the web 3.0.

Besides, we could laugh a lot with her and discover some interesting facts like that her name is Gina and because of that they had to change the image of Gina Bot so people wouldn't think it was made based on her hahaha that fascinated me and I felt totally flattered because she praised my work as a translator and my memory.

I decided as a volunteer to be a translator for some program where she wanted the Hispanic community to be because I told her that it would be really amazing to have opportunities like that which previously would not have been possible in any way; all this because I think we have to have more presence in the technical aspects and know the vision of other communities that have a different perception of what Hive means to them.

To end the event we had @enrique89 and @eddiespino who talked about some incredible ideas for upcoming meetups, the HIVE CREATORS project, the Proxy Hispano (@proxyhispano) and the ideas behind a token that seeks to empower Hispanics and especially Venezuelans who live in Hive known as POLEN.

You don't know what an honor it was for me to be part of this incredible team and to have been able to extend my resume at Hive, I feel that opportunities like this don't happen to everyone and everything this means to me goes beyond anything I could have felt before; to be able to say that I was able to achieve this together with my great team of crazy Hispanics @enrique89, @eddiespino, @victoriabsb makes me feel incredibly fortunate.

I thank everyone who attended because you are the ones who made this event so historic, everyone's great attendance, engagement, good energy, sharing on Twitter our calls, taking your selfies, making your posts, seriously this is all thanks to you.

If you want to know about numbers and statistics, I invite you to read a post that I will be writing from the account @hivemeetup with the details a little more technical about what was the HIVE MEET UP and ultimately it feels good to be part of the history of our community, let's keep growing guys that the future that awaits us is bigger than we think.
