Espero que la semana haya sido de mucho provecho para ustedes, por mi parte gracias a Dios si, y por supuesto super activa en la parte del ejercicio, he notado que el levantarme a las 5:30am me ayuda mucho, los primeros dias no fue nada facil jaja pero ya me cuesta menos, y hacer ejercicio temprano din duda hace que me rinda mas el dia Y esto para cualquier mamá es un maravilla jeje, estos dias hasta hemos podido jugar UNO con el niño antes de dormir Cosa que nos encanta🥰🥰
Pero bueno, seguimos sumando nuevos habitos a nuestras vidas esperando los mejores resultados💪💪 y hablando de resultados, esta semana le di con todo, porque quiero acelerar esos resultados, no estoy inconforme, pero si quiero acelerarlos asi que toca entrenar mas fuerte y comer mejor POR SUPUESTO jeje asi que vamos al mambo 💃💃 les dejo esta rutina que realicé el dia de hoy para culminar la semana, espero se animen a hacerla 💪
