Hace tiempo tenemos un agradable problema en la comunidad. Y tiene que ver con la cantidad de trabajos en el feed, que intentan competir en buena lid para aparecer en la revista semanal de nuestra cofradía. Bien, ahora es crucial que confesemos algo: nos duele dejar afuera de los elegidos en cada ciclo, publicaciones que también merecen formar parte de la revista. Dentro de dos ediciones cumpliremos el primer aniversario del semanario comunitario y eso es decir mucho. La regularidad de la revista ha sido uno de sus fuertes porque hemos dejado pasar una sola semana sin publicar, es decir, llevamos con ésta edición 50 semanas publicadas de 51 transcurridas.
We've had a nice problem in the community for some time now. And it has to do with the number of works in the feed, which try to compete in a good fight to appear in the weekly magazine of our brotherhood. Well, now it is crucial that we confess something: it hurts us to leave out of the chosen ones in each cycle, publications that also deserve to be part of the magazine. In two editions we will celebrate the first anniversary of the community weekly and that is saying a lot. The regularity of the magazine has been one of its strengths because we have let only one week go by without publishing, that is to say, with this edition we have published 50 weeks out of 51.
Nuestra política de llevar el 100% de todas las recompensas de la revista al HP, ha arrojado como resultado la acumulación de 1826 HP. Si a eso sumamos los 384 HP de los delegadores: @eniolw, @jakim7, @nerdvana, @coliraver, @omarcitorojas, @joseantpp y @jimmy406 (cada uno con lo que puede), esto da un gran total de 2210 HP. No está nada mal para un año de trabajo. Sabemos que pudiera ser más, pero "Full Deportes" evita pedir contribuciones de éste tipo, porque los autores tienen que sentir por sí mismos que vale la pena ayudar y que confían en el trabajo que hace la comunidad por ellos. Our policy of bringing 100% of all rewards of the review to HP, has resulted in the accumulation of 1826 HP. Con la delegación de HP los autores evitan el autovoto y se forma una sinergia entre todos quienes conforman la comunidad. Quizás algunos se pregunten porqué el fundador evita delegar. Considero ayudar a través de nuestro propio voto en cada publicación de los autores, además, hacemos el trabajo tras bastidores y llevamos la administración de la comunidad junto con un par de ayudantes. Los autores también ponen su trabajo al publicar; sin embargo un voto de comunidad mayor o más fuerte, ayudaría a paliar la ausencia de voto de las ballenas cuando no seamos favorecidos.
With HP delegation, authors avoid self-voting and a synergy is formed among all those who make up the community. Some may wonder why the founder avoids delegating. I consider helping through our own vote on each author's post, plus we do the work behind the scenes and run the administration of the community along with a couple of helpers. Authors also put in their work when publishing; however, a larger or stronger community vote would help alleviate the absence of whale voting when we are not favored.
Otra manera de ayudar es sumarse al trial, pero ésta es menos efectiva, dado que muchos votos son de bajo valor. Another way to help is to join the trial, but this is less effective since many votes are of low value. As you can tell, some authors are portrayed and some are not. The reasons don't matter, but a solid community grows larger as the collective conscience takes hold of those who make life there.

Muchas comunidades exigen a sus miembros cuotas o inscripciones, además cobran un porcentaje por el derecho de publicar allí. Creemos más en la sinergia que se puede crear a través de la conciencia. El aquí y el ahora. El sentirse que se forma parte de algo grande, que podemos cuidar y hacer crecer con la contribución de todos. Cuandos nos acercamos al aniversario de la revista, se hace necesario un replanteamiento de la conciencia por estar ayudando a construir. Nada se hace grande por si solo o con el concurso de unas pocas personas. Se hace grande porque cada miembro coloca un grano de arena.
Many communities require their members to pay a fee or register, in addition to charging a percentage for the right to publish there. We believe more in the synergy that can be created through awareness. The here and now. The feeling of being part of something big, that we can take care of and make it grow with everyone's contribution. As we approach the anniversary of the magazine, it becomes necessary to rethink the awareness that we are helping to build. Nothing becomes great on its own or with the contribution of a few people. It becomes great because each member contributes a grain of sand.
Y tal como la historia lo ha demostrado dentro de #Hive, esto es una colmena. Jamás "Full Deportes" habría llegado al lugar donde se encuentra si otros fuera de ella, no hubieran creído en nuestra palabra. Así mismo, es momento de que los autores crean también donde se encuentran parados. No se trata de un papel pasivo, donde publicar es el único objetivo. Es un papel activo participando en algo que puede llegar a ser muy grande. Algunos lo han comprendido de entrada, otros lo comprenderán con ésta lectura y varios más no les interesará participar. Y de eso se trata, de la libertad que tiene de elegir para colaborar o no.
And as history has shown within #Hive, this is a hive. Never would "Full Deportes" have gotten to where it is if others outside of it, had not believed in our word. Likewise, it is time for authors to also believe where they stand. It is not a passive role, where publishing is the only goal. It is an active role participating in something that can become very big. Some have understood it from the start, others will understand it with this reading, and many more will not be interested in participating. And that's what it's all about, the freedom you have to choose to collaborate or not.

El deporte se trata de eso, aunque usted haga la marca, necesita de un entrenador, un fisiatra, un psicólogo, de sus fans que le animen, del gimnasio donde entrena, etc. Aquí y ahora, la comunidad puede engrandecerse más si le acompañamos en esto.
We are gradually entering our second year of life. We hope to live up to the commitment. Authors have the assurance and promise of our unwavering work spirit. Now the word is yours, consider asking questions in the comments, if you have doubts about how to delegate or join the trial. No one can make it to the finish line alone. That's what sport is all about, even if you make the mark, you need a coach, a physiatrist, a psychologist, your fans to cheer you on, the gym where you train, etc. Here and now, the community can become even bigger if you go along with it.
