[ESP/ENG] Bottas vuelve a lo mas alto en la lluvia || Bottas returns to the top in the rain

Gran carrera que se vio hoy en Estambul en condiciones de pista húmeda, aunque la lluvia hizo presencia antes de empezar la carrera la pista se mantuvo mojada durante las 58 vueltas. Se vieron grandes momentos empezando en la salida donde Alonso y Gasly tendrían un contacto que llevaría al piloto español casi al fondo de la parrilla, también ver a los 3 primeros (Bottas, Verstappen y Leclerc) en solo 5 segundos en gran tramo del gran premio.

A great race was seen today in Istanbul in wet track conditions, although the rain made its presence felt before the start of the race the track remained wet throughout the 58 laps.There were some great moments starting at the start where Alonso and Gasly would have a contact that would take the Spanish driver almost to the back of the grid, also to see the top 3 (Bottas, Verstappen and Leclerc) within 5 seconds in a big part of the grand prix.

Carlos Sainz fue otro de los protagonista, remontando 11 puestos desde el decimonoveno hasta el octavo lugar, quizás pudo haber llegado mas adelante pero una mala parada del equipo en los pits lo detuvo un poco, a pesar de que la pista estaba mojada el piloto de Ferrari siempre encontraba el lugar y la maniobra para seguir avanzando. El espectáculo de adelantamientos que dio Sainz lo llevo a ser el piloto del día.

Carlos Sainz was another of the protagonists, climbing 11 places from 19th to eighth place, perhaps he could have been further ahead but a bad pit stop by the team stopped him a bit, despite the wet track the Ferrari driver always found the place and the manoeuvre to keep moving forward. Sainz's overtaking show made him the driver of the day.

Sergio Pérez y Lewis Hamilton protagonizaron quizás la mejor batalla de la carrera. Hamilton venia remontando desde el decimoprimer lugar con el mejor ritmo de los 20 monoplaza, hasta que Pérez lo contuvo por varias vueltas, luego de las paradas en las ultimas vueltas el piloto de Red Bull quedaría por delante llegando al podio en la posición 3 adelantando también a Leclerc que tuvo problemas con los neumáticos al final de carrera, mientras que Hamilton termino en la quinta posición también sufriendo con los neumáticos y la presión de Gasly y Norris.

Sergio Perez and Lewis Hamilton were perhaps the best battle of the race. Hamilton came up from eleventh place with the best pace of the 20 cars, until Perez held him off for several laps, after the stops in the final laps the Red Bull driver would stay ahead reaching the podium in position 3 also overtaking Leclerc who had tyre problems at the end of the race, while Hamilton finished in fifth position also suffering with tyres and pressure from Gasly and Norris.

Bottas vuelve a la victoria después de casi 1 año, una victoria que ayuda tanto al equipo como a el, con una gran salida supo mantener a Verstappen a una distancia que no bajaba de los 2 segundos, luego de las paradas en las ultimas vueltas adelanto sin mucho problemas al Leclerc que no había parado y que perdió el podio al sufrir con los neumáticos que montaron para las ultimas vueltas.

Bottas returns to victory after almost 1 year, a victory that helps both the team and him, with a great start he was able to keep Verstappen at a distance that did not fall below 2 seconds, after the stops in the last laps he overtook Leclerc who had not stopped and who lost the podium to suffer with the tyres that were mounted for the last laps.

Luego de una intensa carrera las cosas en campeonato tienen cambios, Verstappen vuelve a liderar por 6 puntos y Mercedes sigue al frente de Red Bull por 36 puntos. En 2 semanas comienzan las 3 carreras en América, las cuales serán en Estados Unidos, México y Brasil. Esperemos siga muy peleado en las ultimas carreras el campeonato, quedan 6 fechas para decidir quien será el campeón.

After an intense race things in the championship have changed, Verstappen is back in the lead by 6 points and Mercedes still leads Red Bull by 36 points. In 2 weeks time the 3 races in America start, which will be in the USA, Mexico and Brazil.
