This weekend the second edition of Expo Comic Venezuela took place in the city of Barquisimeto.
Este fin de semana se realizó en la ciudad de Barquisimeto la segunda edición de la Expo Comic Venezuela.
This year I was able to attend the Expo Comic Venezuela. An event that had its first edition last year, but I could not attend due to personal inconveniences.
Again the Arena Plaza was the stage where all lovers of Geek culture, Comic, Cospaly, Otakus gathered to spend two days having a great time.
April 20 and 21 were the two days of partying in an area specially set up for the event.
Este año pude asistir a la Expo Comic Venezuela. Un evento que tuvo su primera edición el año pasado, pero al que no pude asistir por inconvenientes personales.
Nuevamente la Arena Plaza fue el escenario donde todos los amantes de la cultura Geek, Comic, Cospaly, Otakus se reunieron para pasar dos días pasándola en grande.
Los días 20 y 21 de abril fueron los dos días de fiesta en una zona especialmente habilitada para el evento.

At the Expo participated commercial stands of several local stores. T-shirts, accessories, posters, original comics, bracelets, artists, collectors. There was a wide variety of options for attendees to purchase a product.
Not only entrepreneurs from the city were present. They also participated from other parts of the country offering their products. Several stands selling T-shirts caught my attention. Some of them are from the city and I will visit them to buy some.
En la Expo participaron stands comerciales de varias tiendas locales. Camisetas, accesorios, carteles, cómics originales, pulseras, artistas, coleccionistas. Había una gran variedad de opciones para que los asistentes compraran un producto.
No sólo estuvieron presentes empresarios de la ciudad. También participaron de otras partes del país ofreciendo sus productos. Me llamaron la atención varios puestos de venta de camisetas. Algunos son de la ciudad y los visitaré para comprar alguna.

Two posts that caught my attention were the ones that alluded to batman. He is the superhero I like. There was one where they sold posters, key chains and t-shirts. With an imposing Batman attending to those interested in buying something.
The other Batman booth belongs to my friend Luis Jimenez, CEO of Naguara. Com, who is a passionate Batman collector, standing out as the main Batman collector in the region. His collection is growing more and more and he aspires to become a national reference.
Dos puestos que me llamaron la atención fueron los que hacían alusión a batman. Es el superhéroe que me gusta. En uno vendían posters, llaveros y camisetas. Con un imponente Batman atendiendo a los interesados en comprar algo.
El otro stand de Batman, pertenece al amigo Luis Jiménez, CEO de Naguara. Com, quien es un apasionado coleccionista de Batman, destacándose como el principal coleccionista de Batman en la región. Su colección aumenta cada vez más y aspira a convertirse en un referente nacional.

This edition had cosplayers from all regions of the country as special guests. Erik Santiago the Venezuelan Dr Strange, Melida Carmona Captain Marvel, Rafael Alizo as Loki, Jose Apnte the Spidyve, Yoelvin Peña the Venezuelan Tom Holland, Captain Marvel Venezuela and Joselin Nacimineto with two spectacular cosplays.
Pude hacerme una foto con Harley, estaba espectacular y pude hacerme una foto con ella. Una chica con mucho talento y que prepara unos cosplay increíbles. Le deseo mucho éxito como Copslayer. Puedes seguirla en sus redes sociales. Búscala.
Esta edición contó con cosplayer de todas las regiones del país como invitados especiales. Joselin Nacimineto is a beautiful cosplayer who has many followers on social media and attracted everyone's attention. People, both children and adults, wanted to take a picture with her. I was able to ask her what she thought of the receptiveness of the public and that they were so receptive to her and she was very happy with the warmth of the people and loves to take pictures with everyone.
Abraham Gonzales and Jose Uranga were with their Batam cosplays. The latter is known in town for having a charity foundation. The Batman In Bqto is his name on social media, you can search and follow him to see his work in the foundation.
Joselin Nacimineto es una hermosa cosplayer que tiene muchos seguidores en las redes sociales y atrajo la atención de todo el mundo. La gente, tanto niños como adultos, quería hacerse una foto con ella. Pude preguntarle que le pareció la receptividad del público y que fueron tan receptivos con ella y se mostró muy contenta con el calor de la gente y le encanta hacerse fotos con todo el mundo.

I attended both days and took many photos. Impossible to publish them all, but I have made a small selection. I even forgot to take pictures of some cosplayers, especially on the second day, when I arrived a bit later and had to leave early.
During the event there were musical performances and dance shows. There was also a cosplayers parade, in which everyone was free to enter so that the public could appreciate their work. The sponsors of the expo gave away many prizes.
Asistí los dos días e hice muchas fotos. Imposible publicarlas todas, pero he hecho una pequeña selección. Incluso me olvidé de hacer fotos a algunos cosplayers, sobre todo el segundo día, cuando llegué un poco más tarde y tuve que marcharme temprano.
Durante el evento hubo actuaciones musicales y espectáculos de baile. También hubo un desfile de cosplayers, en el que todos podían inscribirse libremente para que el público pudiera apreciar su trabajo. Los patrocinadores de la expo regalaron muchos premios.

The oranizacino was excellent. Congratulations to the entire team that prepared everything for six months to make the Expo a success. They ended up exhausted but satisfied because expectations were exceeded. And they told me that they are already preparing the third edition, they will inform the date later.
In the area there were also food stands for you to enjoy delicious ramen, tequeños, hamburgers and of course drinks. There was even a movie box with a popcorn and soda stand. Everything could be found in one place.
All the media was present to inform the community about the expo. There I met my friend Hiver Elfino, we finally met in person and chatted for a while. He was part of the Amor radio station team.
I will be waiting for the third edition to go with a cosplay. I have plenty of time to see which one I do.

la organización fue excelente. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo que durante seis meses preparó todo para que la Expo fuera un éxito. Terminaron exhaustos pero satisfechos porque se superaron las expectativas. Y me contaron que ya están preparando la tercera edición, informarán la fecha más adelante.
En la zona también había puestos de comida para que disfrutaras de deliciosos ramen, tequeños, hamburguesas y por supuesto bebidas. Incluso había un palco de cine con un puesto de palomitas y refrescos. Todo se podía encontrar en un solo lugar.
Todos los medios de comunicación estuvieron presentes para informar a la comunidad sobre la expo. Allí me encontré con mi amigo Hiver @Elfino, por fin nos conocimos en persona y charlamos un rato. Formaba parte del equipo de la emisora de radio Amor.
Estaré pendiente de la tercera edición para ir con un cosplay. Tengo bastante tiempo para ver cual hago.
