La Arepa es el alimento que acompaña los días del venezolano, por eso hoy quise hacer un pequeño homenaje para tenerla siempre presente con una linda manualidad que adoranara mi mesa.
The Arepa is the food that accompanies the days of the Venezuelan, so today I wanted to make a small tribute to always have it present with a beautiful craft that my table will adore.
Acá les muestro como hice el pan venezolano en forma de servilletero.
Here I show you how I made the Venezuelan bread in the shape of a napkin holder
Los materiales que utilice fueron:
2 CD
Retazo de cartón
Foami varios colores
Tijeras
Silicon
Cinta tricolor
Marcador negro
Servilletas
The materials they used were:
2 CD
Cardboard scrap
Foami various colors
Pair of scissors

Tricolor ribbon
Black marker
Napkins
Paso a paso
Comencé reun trozo de cartón doblando hacia arriba en ambos lados, marcando donde ira el CD, luego lo forre con foami amarillo.
Step by Step
I started gathering a piece of cardboard by folding up on both sides, marking where the CD will go, then I lined it with yellow foami.
Después marque y recorte dos círculos del foami amarillo y lo pegue a los cd, para luego pegarlo al cartón que usaré como base para mí servilletero.
Then I mark and cut out two circles from the yellow foami and glue it to the CDs, and then glue it to the cardboard that I will use as a base for my napkin holder.
Luego recorte foami verde rojo y la blanca para simular la lechuga el tomate y el queso con lo que va rellena mi arepa pegando en uno de los lados.
Then cut green red and white foami to simulate lettuce, tomato and cheese with which my arepa is filled by sticking it on one of the sides.
Para finalizar recorte de una bolsa de harina de maíz figuras decorativas y coloque un lazo tricolor en la parte superior.
To finish, cut out decorative figures from a bag of cornmeal and place a tricolor bow on top.
Aca el resultado de este lindo servilletero quien me acompañará en cada comida y en donde coloque las servilletas.
Here is the result of this beautiful napkin holder who will accompany me at every meal and where I put the napkins.
