GANADORES DEL CONCURSO #LAAREPANOSUNE / CONTEST WINNERS #LAAREPANOSUNE

Hola Hivers,

El pasado 03 de agosto junto a @miriannalis iniciamos el concurso #LaArepaNosUne para acompañar la celebración de @VenMundo del décimo aniversario del Día Mundial de la Arepa, que se celebra cada segundo sábado del mes de septiembre. Por primera vez, participó y organizó una iniciativa como esta y me alegró mucho hacerlo, porque descubrí muchas historias interesantes y hermosas. Sobre todo encontré a muchos arepalover –como nos llaman en las redes sociales a los amantes de la arepa- que nos permitieron conocer su versión de cómo la arepa conquistó nuestros corazones desde pequeños.

Obtuvimos una participación de 45 publicaciones y disfrute de cada post. Los estaremos publicando en la página oficial de VenMundo, www.venmundo.com, a partir del 01 de septiembre como parte de una campaña digital que acompañará la celebración de los 10 años del Arepazo Mundial de manera digital. Además, de ser parte del archivo histórico para próximas publicaciones sobre la arepa y el #DíaMundialDeLaArepa. En nombre de la directiva de @VenMundo agradecemos a todos su participación y por compartir tantas versiones hermosas desde un dibujo, una receta, un poema, un cuento hasta un documental y una canción.

Last August 3, together with @miriannalis we started the contest #LaArepaNosUne to accompany the celebration of @VenMundo for the tenth anniversary of World Arepa Day, which is celebrated every second Saturday of the month of September. For the first time, participated and organized an initiative like this and I was very happy to do so, because I discovered many interesting and beautiful stories. Above all, I met many arepalover -as they call us arepa lovers on social networks- who let us know their version of how the arepa conquered our hearts since we were little.

We obtained a participation of 45 publications and enjoyed each post. We will be publishing them on the official website of VenMundo, www.venmundo.com, starting September 1st as part of a digital campaign that will accompany the celebration of 10 years of Arepazo Mundial digitally. In addition, it will be part of the historical archive for future publications on arepa and #WorldArepa Day. On behalf of the board of @VenMundo we thank everyone for their participation and for sharing so many beautiful versions from a drawing, a recipe, a poem, a story to a documentary and a song.
