Gusto en saludarte a ti que me estás leyendo, es un placer para mi formar parte de esta gran comunidad de la cual tengo conocimientos gracias a @mercmarg66 y @aluskab888. A través de este medio deseo no solo compartir, sino también aprender de toda la información que aquí comparten. Mi nombre es Ilse Palma, soy venezolana, tengo 47 años de edad, nací en Caracas. Actualmente continuo en Venezuela, pero desde el oriente del país específicamente en El Tigre, Estado Anzoátegui, soy Administradora y Técnico Superior en Contaduría de profesión, soy CEO de la marca XEmpaques, así como CRPeana (practicante del Circulo de Realización Personal), me gusta aprender cada día cosas nuevas, porque realmente aprendemos a diario de alguien o de situaciones que se nos presentan. Todo tiene una razón de ser. Se trata de ir avanzando día a día con Alegría, Seguridad, Éxito y Prosperidad

Tengo más 30 años residenciada en el Tigre, aunque estuve 7 años fuera del país específicamente Houston Texas, USA. Esto me ha permitido trabajar constantemente en el mundo petrolero y lograr así tener una gran experiencia en el área administrativa dentro de la industria. Por motivo pandemia, tuvimos que realizar una pausa quedando así desempleada y recién operada, motivo que hacía más obligada la estadía en casa. Al pasar de los días me di cuenta que esta pandemia se trataba de una pausa de más de 40 días y en esa gran incertidumbre me toco reinventarme y darle paso así a la creación de la marca Xempaques (tienda online de empaques y/o envases para el mundo gastronómico y productos generales para decoraciones, etc.), hoy en día esta marca está próximo a cumplir su primer año, proyecto que llevo a cabo junto con mi sobrina y hermana. En donde motivadas a la necesidad de ayudar y mejorar las marcas y/o emprendimientos de otras personas nos enfocamos en crear una buena presentación de sus productos con una atención personalizadas y un alto nivel de atención al cliente.

Disfruto muchísimo la música y hacer ejercicios. ¡Escucho casi todo tipo de música y me gusta realizar actividad física en gimnasio! Amo a mi familia y compartir lindos momentos con ellos, me gusta igualmente cocinar y reunirme a tomar un buen café con amigos. Me considero una persona detallista y disfruto ser anfitriona en casa.

Me mantengo en constante aprendizaje, estoy totalmente convencida de que debemos avanzar paso a paso y a diario, de que somos creadores de nuestra realidad y no víctimas de las circunstancias, convirtiéndonos así en responsables de nuestra vida. Creo en Dios y en los pequeños grandes milagros que es capaz de hacer día a día en nuestras vidas.

I have lived in El Tigre for more than 30 years, although I was 7 years out of the country specifically Houston Texas, USA. This has allowed me to work constantly in the oil world and thus have a great experience in the administrative area within the industry. Due to the pandemic, we had to take a break, thus being unemployed and having just had surgery, a reason that made it more obligatory to stay at home. As the days went by, I realized that this pandemic was about a pause of more than 40 days and in that great uncertainty I had to reinvent myself and thus give way to the creation of the Xempaques brand (online store of packaging and / or containers for the gastronomic world and general products for decorations, etc.), today this brand is close to its first year, a project that I carry out together with my niece and sister. Where motivated by the need to help and improve other people's brands and / or ventures, we focus on creating a good presentation of their products with personalized attention and a high level of customer service.

I really enjoy music and exercising. I listen to almost all kinds of music and I like to be physically active in the gym! I love my family and share beautiful moments with them, I also like to cook and meet for a good coffee with friends. I consider myself a detail-oriented person and I enjoy being a hostess at home.

I keep myself in constant learning, I am totally convinced that we must advance step by step and daily, that we are creators of our reality and not victims of circumstances, thus becoming responsible for our life. I believe in God and in the small great miracles that He is capable of doing day by day in our lives.
