Feliz día mundial de la arepa. Yo encantada de estar participando en este nuevo concurso creado por @luisacarola dándole continuidad a la iniciativa realizada por sus hermanas en años anteriores. La arepa es uno de loa alimentos más consumidos por los venezolanos en donde quiera que se encuentren, éstas son tan deliciosas solas como acompañadas con variedad de rellenos u otro ingrediente. Hoy quiero recrear un platillo que con frecuencia comemos en casa. Acompáñame a realizar una Arepa con jamón, queso y huevo.
Happy World Arepa Day. I am delighted to be participating in this new contest created by @luisacarola giving continuity to the initiative carried out by her sisters in previous years. The arepa is one of the most consumed foods by Venezuelans wherever they are, they are as delicious alone as they are with a variety of fillings or other ingredients. Today I want to recreate a dish that we often eat at home. Join me in making a Arepa with ham, cheese and egg.
MATERIALES:
- Foami.
- Lápiz de grafito.
- Tijeras.
- Hilos y aguja de coser.
- Relleno (algodón o guata)
MATERIALS:

- Thread and sewing needle.
- Stuffing (cotton or wadding).
PROCEDIMIENTO:
HUEVO.
- Dibuja y recorta en foami blanco la clara de un huevo ya cosido.
- Dibuja y recorta en foami amarillo la ñema de un huevo ya cosido.
- Cose la ñema en el centro de la clara colocándole un poco de relleno.
- Realiza una costura decorativa con hilo blanco en todo el borde de la clara.
PROCEDURE:
EGG.
- Draw and cut out in white foami the white of an egg already sewn.
- Draw and cut out in yellow foami the yolk of an egg already sewn.
- Sew the yolk in the center of the egg white with some stuffing.
- Make a decorative stitch with white thread around the edge of the egg white.
AREPA.
- Dibuja y corta en foami blanco dos círculos proporcionales al tamaño de la clara del huevo realizado.
- Con el hilo de coser color marrón dibuja líneas en sig sag en el centro de uno de los círculos.
- Cose ambos círculos dejando una pequeña abertura.
AREPA.
- Draw and cut in white foami two circles proportional to the size of the white of the egg.
- With the brown sewing thread draw sig sag lines in the center of one of the circles.
- Sew both circles leaving a small opening.
JAMÓN.
- Dibuja y corta sobre foami rosado tres rectángulos pequeños.
- Enróllalos y cose para que se sujeten y no se desenrollen.
HAM.
- Draw and cut three small rectangles on pink foami.
- Roll them up and sew so that they hold together and do not unroll.
QUESO BLANCO y ORÉGANO.
- Recorta en foami blanco varias tiritas pequeñas y delgadas para simular el queso blanco rallado.
- Recorta en foami verde varios puntitos o círculos muy pequeños para simular las hojas de orégano.
- Organiza todos los ingredientes sobre un plato y estará terminado nuestro platillo criollo.
WHITE CHEESE and OREGANO
- Cut in white foami several small and thin strips to simulate the grated white cheese.
- Cut in green foami several small dots or circles to simulate the oregano leaves.
- Arrange all the ingredients on a plate and our Creole dish will be finished.
