It had been a while since I treated myself to some Rising Star packs as I've been saving my STARBITS for petrol cans and hopefully some bigger storage. Recently, we announced our partnership with Rising Star and the introduction of PIZZA tokens for card packs, so I figured what better time than now!
Let's take a look at the process of buying Rising Star card packs with PIZZA tokens and what sweet loot we got!
- First, let's head on over to the Rising Star website. Once logged in via Keychain, click on the 'cards' icon in the top menu and choose 'Your Collection'.
- You should see a huge 'BUY PACKS' button waiting for you on the right-hand side of your screen. Go ahead and click on that.
- Once the card page loads, you'll be greeted with all of the cards currently available in packs! There are some really awesome cards including some local HIVE musicians that you may recognize! Once you're finished checking those out, go ahead and top on the button on the far top left, 'Buy Pack with STARBITS & Others'.
- You'll notice a pop-out browser window with some options available! Choose PIZZA (at time of post, each pack is currently 13 PIZZA tokens) and get ready for awesome-ness!
- Depending on a few things, the card pack may be available immediately or may take a few moments for the transaction to complete. Don't worry if it takes a few moments, as long as your account is verified and you have the appropriate amount of PIZZA in your wallet, you will be good to go. you can easily find the card pack by hovering over your name in the top right of the Rising Star game window and clicking on Account or by going back to the 'Card' screen!
- Let's take a look and see what we got! Go ahead and click on 'Open' and you'll be presented with your new loot!
- Scored a rare Touring Coach that gives me well over 500 fans and a few common cards that I'll add to my growing stack of beautiful Rising Star NFTs!
