Hello Hivers succulent plant growers of this beautiful community. Today I bring you a summary of the cultivation of a genus of succulent plants widely cultivated in the world for ornamental purposes. This genus is known as Graptopetalum, which currently has less than 20 accepted species. This genus is included in the Crassulaceae family which includes numerous genera that are popularly known as marble roses. Plants of the Graptopetalum genus develop beautiful rosettes of very pruinose and attractive fleshy leaves. They are plants very similar to representatives of the Echeveria, Pachyphytum and Dudleya genera with morphological differences mainly in the flowers. Currently, numerous hybrids of this genus are known between species and even with other plants of similar genera.
