Meditation is healing and improving !

In our modern life, we face many challenges, and we have so much to care about.

We consume a lot of information every day. We feel a social pressure sometimes. And we get tired, even stressed and sometimes depressed. That's why we should find a way to relax and heal. We should leave only certain ideas in our heads and get rid of unnecessary. In this case the meditation helps a lot. That's the therapy without any doctors. A self therapy that could be done every single day. At least a short period of time.

Most of the people think that meditation is only sitting in a silent place with close eyes and without thinking about anything or just imagining ourselves in a nice place. That's also a meditation, but not only that can be. There are so many types of meditation. Even reading a book could be considered as a meditation because in this case we kind of travel with our mind to the written world. Even listening to music is a meditation because the music can remind us about great moments, and it can even heal. Even watching a movie is a meditation because we forget about reality for a while and life those moments in another world.

We can even consider a meditation talking to others, chatting with them, because we think in this case only about one topic. The topic that make us feel better and forget about others. And even as content creators who write an article, or record a video, could meditate doing that because they concentrate mostly on that. That's why any work in this case could be considered as a meditation. And anything we do during our lives. We just have to remember that we need to do that sometimes. Anytime and anywhere. That will make us focus more on our inner peace, and we became even more careful and avoid accidents. Or at least we will have much less chance to have an accident.

And that guy is talking about why to not meditate, in a sarcastic form. I'm sure you'll understand the value of meditation if you watch that video. It even can change your life !

I learned about meditation many years before, and I practice it so often in many forms.

That's why I stress less, and I feel calm and tranquil.
