It is difficult to answer these questions because during these last years I have learned and grown so much, that I have erased from my mind a lot of unnecessary information that did not let me live in abundance. I have learned to see things from a different point of view, which has led me to put into practice the following philosophy of life: "When you change the way you see things, things change their shape ".
I don't know who said that phrase but I made it mine, I liked it and the best thing is that I practice it. I am living in harmony with what I think, what I say and what I do. Because that is the best way to be happy.
The cycles of my life that I have closed, and continue to close as I said before, is to erase all that unnecessary information that we were taught since we were children, and that we grew up with as absolute truth. Society in all its representations: the family, the school, the church, the media, friends among others.
Everyone parrots expressions, statements, beliefs, cultures, news, advertisements, religions, as if they were absolute truths. They speak as if they were owners of the truth, they show us parallel realities according to their interests and benefits, when the realities are different. And we, like sheep, pay faithful attention to that, without even bothering to investigate, to go beyond the facts and open our senses, our mind to see beyond that false reality they teach us.
Unconsciously I am learning to let go, to let flow. Letting go of the old to learn the new. Consciously I have put into practice all that I have been learning unconsciously. I have taken the time and the task to practice what the wise scriptures of people who took the time to show the world that reality is otherwise. Like Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Teresa of Calcutta, God in its different expressions, according to the religion that professes it, without falling into fanaticism.
I have learned that nothing is good or bad, everything is according to the glass with which you look at it, everything is a matter of attitude, everything will depend on the emotions, beliefs, feelings, culture, values and moral principles that the person has. According to a number of factors that will affect decision making, assertive or not, it is always a learning process.
I changed my relationship with money, if you think money is hard to come by, then so be it. With difficulty it will enter your economy. For this reason, you have to let it flow, you have to break with those paradigms that limit us and spend it without fear, you have to release it easily so that it returns with the same ease, since it is an energy. Stop believing that whoever has it in quantity is plugged in, a drug dealer or is involved in strange things.
Abundance and prosperity is not only economic, it is present in all aspects of our life. We are abundant because we are healthy, alive and well. Because we have family, friends, employment, a roof over our heads, clothing, among other things.
Gratitude is a way to continue receiving blessings, to be grateful for what we have and what we don't have too, because the Universe is perfect and knows what really should and must be for us. If it does not come for something, we should also be grateful. We must leave everything in God's hands.
Last but not least, regarding health; in a Course in Miracles they teach us that we are spirit in a body that we came to experience in this Universe, we are children of God and we are perfect health, for that reason the disease does not enter. I faithfully believe in that, that is why no virus enters my mind. Because I simply do not even think about it. As it does not exist for me, it does not require antidotes.

Es difícil responder estas preguntas porque durante estos últimos años he aprendido y crecido tanto, que he borrado de mi mente mucha información innecesaria que no me dejaba vivir en abundancia. He aprendido a ver las cosas desde otra óptica, lo que me ha llevado a poner en práctica la siguiente filosofía de vida: "Cuando tú cambias la forma de ver las cosas las cosas cambian de forma".
No sé quien dijo esa frase pero la hice mía, me gustó y lo mejor es que la practico. Estoy viviendo en armonía con lo que pienso, lo que digo y lo que hago. Porque esa es la mejor manera de ser feliz.
Los ciclos de mi vida que he cerrado, y sigo cerrando como dije anteriormente es borrar toda esa información innecesaria que nos enseñaron desde niños, y que crecimos con eso como verdad absoluta. La sociedad en todas sus representaciones: la familia, la escuela, la iglesia, los medios de comunicación, los amigos entre otros.
Todos repiten como loros expresiones, afirmaciones, creencias, culturas, noticias, anuncios, religiones, como si fueran verdades absolutas. Hablan como si fuesen dueños de la verdad, nos muestran realidades paralelas de acuerdos a sus intereses y beneficios, cuando las realidades son otras. Y nosotros como borregos hacemos caso fiel de eso, sin siquiera molestarnos en investigar, ir más allá de los hechos y abrir nuestros sentidos, nuestra mente para ver más allá de esa falsa realidad que nos enseñan.
De manera inconsciente vengo aprendiendo a soltar, dejar fluir. Desanprender lo viejo para aprender lo nuevo. De manera consciente he puesto en práctica todo lo que he venido aprendiendo de manera inconsciente. Me he tomado el tiempo y la tarea de practicar lo que dicen las sabias escrituras de personas que se tomaron el tiempo para mostrarle al mundo que la realidad es de otra manera. Como Mahatma Gandhi, la Madre Teresa de Calcuta, Dios en sus diferentes expresiones, según la religión que lo profesa, sin caer en fanatismos.
He aprendido que nada es bueno ni tampoco malo, todo es de acuerdo al cristal con que se mire, todo es cuestión de actitud, todo va a depender de las emociones, creencias, sentimientos, cultura, valores y principios morales que tenga la persona. De acuerdo a un número de factores que van a afectar en la toma de decisiones, asertivas o no siempre es un aprendizaje.
Cambié mi relación con el dinero, si crees que el dinero es difícil de conseguir, pues así será. Con dificultad entrará en tu economía. Por tal razón, hay que dejarlo fluir, hay que romper con esos paradigmas que nos limitan y gastarlo sin miedo, hay que soltarlo con facilidad para que regrese con esa misma facilidad, ya que es una energía. Dejar de creer que quien lo tiene en cantidad es enchufado, narco o anda en cosas raras.
La abundancia y prosperidad no es solamente económica, está presente en todos los aspectos de nuestra vida. Somos abundantes porque tenemos salud, estamos vivos y sanos. Porque tenemos familia, amigos, empleo, un techo para vivir, vestido entre otros enseres.
La gratitud es una manera de seguir recibiendo bendiciones, agradecer por lo que tenemos y lo que no tenemos también, porque el Universo es perfecto y sabe lo que realmente debe y tiene que ser para nosotros. Si no llega es por algo, también se debe agradecer. Hay que dejar todo en manos de Dios
Por último y no menos importante, a propósito de la salud; en un Curso de Milagros nos enseñan que somos espíritu en un cuerpo que vinimos a experienciar en este Universo, somos hijos de Dios y somos la salud perfecta, por tal razón no entra la enfermedad. Yo, creo fielmente en eso, por eso en mi mente no entra ningún virus. Porque simplemente, ni siquiera pienso en eso. Como no existe para mí, tampoco no requiere de antídotos.
