I am a huge fan of Dolores Cahill. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in immunology and health and she has continuously put herself on the front line, as she seeks for truth and freedom for all. She gave a talk at the weekend, at the Freedom Rally in Dublin. During this talk she spoke briefly about the many death threats her and her family have received because of her actions. Her response -I am not going to live in fear!

Hungary is known as one of the most repressive countries in Europe for members of the LGBT Community, and the politicians there regularly espouse homophobic rhetoric.
In some cases, as we have seen in the United States, many of these politicians who are vocally against gay rights are often struggling with questions about the repression of their own sexuality. On numerous occasions, high-profile conservative politicians have been caught in same-sex relationships despite actively passing laws that make life more difficult for other people who wish to do the same.

Are the people here ready to try something NOT on Facebook? It's time to find out! I am living in Penamacor, Portugal and share this great land with many Portuguese and international people. In fact International people are soon to make up 50% of the population in this region, sped up by COVID and Brexit. Let me say that moving here is HARD, even if you speak the language. There is so much to deal with, and the bureaucracy is quite bewildering at times. We all push through it and somehow manage to figure it all out.. only with the amazing support of this growing and very beautiful and diverse community.

This is a concept that is difficult to grasp on the surface. Nevertheless, it is something that is vital since it is changing everything we know about the world around us.
There is little debate about the direction things are taking. Our lives are becoming more digitized while moving towards the next horizon, virtual. It was a trend that started about 30 years ago only to pick up steam the last decade.
Going forward, the pace of change is going to blow people's minds. What took place the last 20 years is a drop in the proverbial bucket compared to what we will see in the next couple.

I got up a tad early today. I've been missing the time at home, and since it's Friday I figured I could wake up a couple hours early and get in a little time at home. Never underestimate the power of a couple hours with your hands in the soil.
I could have gotten the hallway baseboards done today, but much to Melissa's chagrin I decided to spend that time in the garden. I'm glad I did.

During world war 2, when the world was last in a crisis much like the current one, life was tough. Productivity was limited and food was rationed. It was survival as best you could. The British government developed an advertising campaign calling upon all citizens to grow their own food, if possible. Well, the same urgency is upon us today.
