RE: SOP For Community-Driven Identification of Dangerous Persons

This sounds like a good idea to me. The biggest issue I've long thought to mass adoption of the chain is, people who are afraid because they have an abuser who stalks them or something, and there is no mechanism to "block," only "mute," which isn't safe if you have a stalker who can still see your posts. This isn't quite fixing that, but it's a very important step to online safety. POS gives us a great opportunity to experiment with community-based safety and consequences type issues; people often ask, "well if we defund the police/have an anarchist society, what do you do with really dangerous people," and this is a good thing to work on now, I think.
